I had an issue with a discount code that I had received not working- Sofia sent me another code very quickly and I was able to process my order for yet more clothes that I don’t ‘need’, but love 🥰

Great service.
Been buying from Sosandar now for several years. Their clothes just seem to suit me and are always of a good quality and excellent fit. Recently I needed to get in touch with the customer services team prior to making my latest order. I was dealt with Faye from the Sosandar team. She resolved my query very efficiently so I could buy yet more lovely clothes ( that I don’t really need 🤭!)

I faux dress I'd ordered
I faux dress I'd ordered, was extremely creased where it had been packaged, nothing I'd tried had been effective. Faye advised to get garment professionally steamed, this resulted in a near perfect dress.
Very polite and helpful on phone, a few emails answered promptly, and partial refund to reimburse me for cost of steaming and inconvenience. I'm well impressed. Thank you 😊

I recently purchased a Navy Blue Jersey Dress for Work
I recently purchased a Sosandar Navy Blue Jersey Dress for work and was genuinely impressed by the quality, which exceeded my expectations for the price. The design is stylish and elegant, yet perfectly simple, and the fit was spot on. The colour was also exactly as pictured online.
The initial service and delivery was very prompt. I did return a few other items from my order; while the quality was great, they just weren’t for me. The refund took about 11 days to come through, and this was after having to send a quick prompt to customer service to check on the progress.
Aside from that slight delay, I’m delighted with my new dress and would definitely shop here again.

Beautifully made dresses.
I have now recently bought two dresses from Sosander. The first one was at Christmas and the second one just a couple of days ago. They are beautifully made and fit to size. They are expensive but worth every penny. I had a query about the second dress I bought so got in touch with Sosander. My question was dealt with efficiently & promptly by Faye to a very satisfactory result. I wish all companies would be this efficient!

Excellent company
I have used Sosander on a few occasions. Sometimes the items I have ordered have not been suitable. Their customer service is second to none. Swift reply to my emails and easy returns. Their clothes are always good quality and I would highly recommend them. I really wish one of their shops was nearer to where I live.

Prompt and helpful
I had difficulty using a gift card and emailed.

Excellent customer service
I needed to return two items and replace them with the short version but as they don’t directly swap, you need to get a refund and then generate a new order. This meant I would lose the 20% discount. I called and spoke to Annie who said she would honour the discounted price by taking the order over the phone. Excellent customer service.

I spoke with Faye on email regarding a…
I spoke with Faye on email regarding a missing item from the order I had just received, although the email said they would respond within 48hrs, I had an email from Faye in less than an hour informing me that she had taken ownership of my issue and she had dealt with it promptly. Faye had already arranged for me to have a replacement on next day delivery which is amazing. I would just like to say a big thank you to Faye, I worked in customer service for over 40years and prided myself on my skills at putting the customer first whilst being mindful of company rules and I can see that Faye has very similar work ethics to me, well done Faye and well done Sosander for great staff.

Faulty Jacket replaced with no fuss
I recently had to return a jacket to Sosandar as the dye had run during washing. This is very unusual for their products. I dealt with a lovely lady named Sofia who arranged for the faulty jacket to be sent back to Sosandar and now a replacement is on its way out to me. Fabulous customer service from Sofia!
