Item didn’t fit so I returned and ordered another size. The return was received but a refund never issued. I have been in contact for weeks and nothing has been resolved, just been asked repeatedly to check with my bank. Even provided a copy of my bank statement so prove I hadn’t received refund. Wouldn’t recommend

Awful customer service!! I have been admiring this brand for so long and thought I would finally treat myself to one of their swimsuits as they are an investment piece with a high price point. However, I like that that they are sustainable and use recyclable materials.

They originally sent me the wrong product in the wrong colour. This is annoying however mistakes happen and returned the item within 24 hours. 20 days after my original order they have now said the swimsuit is dirty and will not exchange or refund me!! I did not even try the swimsuit on due to being the incorrect product. I have yet to have response from them.

I am so disappointed as I wanted to love this brand and support a small business but it is completely unacceptable how rude they have been and it looks like I am not the only person to experience this. I do not recommend at all.

The swim suit is amazing material, and fits so well, i am a size 10/12 on bottoms and a 6/8 on top. the medium swimsuit was so flattering, it did not dig into my hips like other ones have. Would highly recommend.

Very cute swimsuit and the quality was great, a tad bit skimpier than I thought but hugs the body pretty nicely (I'm a size small and 5"2).
Shipping also took incredibly long, although I doubt that's the poster's fault.
The straps are adjustable so you can cross them over in racerback style or have them come straight down!
I'm a 12C cup and my chest fit perfectly fine in the small, which I was pleasantly surprised with considering the cut of the swimsuit/past experiences.
Pretty happy with it! Haven't tested it in water yet but with my bust size I would expect to be careful when swimming around as the v-neck is quite deep down the middle - although if I wanna play around and do backflips I'd just wear a more supportive suit or a rash shirt on top.

Really loved this bikini top and bottoms great colour and quality , the top medium was slightly too big but returned easily for a small after very helpful customer service ! Small a perfect fit . Will definitely buy from this company again

After exchanging a bikini because the sizing is so off to start, they sent me back incorrectly tagged bottoms which I only realised after wearing them. After saying I couldn't return them as they had been wrong but it was their error, the customer service was horrendous, taking ages to respond and sending messages that looked like they'd been generated by ChatGPT. I tried to leave a review on the website that was never uploaded, so I wouldn't trust anything on their website.

LOVE the swimsuit and love the company’s goals with regards to making everything sustainable and removing fishing nets from the ocean. I will say they are very expensive for what they are, I saved up for a while to get this one piece but I wish I could buy more 😕. Nice fit, the only part that’s a little bit loose is the lower back area but that’s probably just my body shape.

Side note: I paid for express shipping (2 days) and it took 7 days to come so I couldn’t take it on my holiday which was a bit upsetting but it was Christmas time and customer service did respond well!

Horrible experience! I ordered a size small in one of their bikinis, received it, tried it on and sent it back the next day, as it was too small. The seller accused me of removing the hygiene strip, soiling the bikini, and leaving sweat marks around the lining. Completely false and untrue! I sent it back with the request of exchanging for a different size, why would I wear and soil an item that I plan to exchange and not receive a refund for? It makes no sense. Avoid this brand at all costs!!

TERRIBILE customer service

Was super excited about receiving my bikini until I realised that I had been sent the wrong bottoms. The customer service team are impossible to get in contact with and haven’t been helpful at all despite this being their error, not mine. This is especially disappointing as the swimwear is expensive. Won’t be ordering again from this brand and I would advise anyone else against it unless you’re happy with random items turning up instead

I returned a swimsuit on 26th November and the tracking confirmed it was received by the warehouse on 3rd December, however I have still not received my refund, over a month later.

I have sent multiple emails and provided proof of return but have had very minimal contact from your customer service team. The return has obviously been lost once it arrived at the warehouse, which is not my responsibility. I would have expected the refund to have been issued once I provided proof of return, but still nothing.

I would appreciate a response and refund asap.

Their one pieces are absolutely amazing! The fabric is so soft and the fit is fantastic! Can’t wait for the Bandeau Cut to come back to purchase a new style!

Had been eyeing the swimmers up for ages before purchasing and so happy I did. I have the v-neck orange swimsuit and it is such great quality and such a flattering fit. They arrived within 2 days and I had no issues. Would 100% recommend getting your hands on a pair of these. I will definitely be purchasing more in the future

Customer service is slow and unhelpful. I was sent the wrong bikini - was offered a 15% off voucher, but then after having to repay for delivery, I lost more money. I then returned my items and only received one refunded item back. The swimsuit shape and material is nice, but the service is poor.

I loved the colours, however the sizing is not true, I got a smaller sizing to what I was truly expecting. The top does not feel super supportive too, which was sad. However I hope they place padding and maybe make the bikini bottoms a bit more coverage.

I’m so disappointed in this brand! After eyeing up their swimwear on TikTok, I finally saved up to afford a few of their pieces only to be completely disheartened by their appallingly bad sizing.
Both their swimsuits and bikinis run way too small. I ordered a large in the bikini top and a small in bikini bottom because I have a small frame and larger bust but alas the bikini bottoms were tiny and barely covered anything in the front and the bikini top was somehow also tiny and barely covered half a boob! The swimsuit was also poorly sized and I couldn’t get it past my hips and was not long enough despite getting a regular fit which is labelled as 5’9 and I am 5’6 and 55kg.
I always prefer skimpy, small and thong type swimwear however these were just really bad sizing. It’s a shame because their pieces are actually really good quality and gorgeous! I might try again knowing that they run way smaller than stated but I was just taken aback at how inaccurate the sizing was!

absolutely shocking- avoid at all costs if you have larger bust size. so not inclusive, impossible customer service not helpful at all. arrogant and useless. I had no direction at all and no help through the process, tried to get them to swap sizes before they sent off because they XL and the L are the same size. Apparently they can’t change it, expensive and not worth your time or money

In love with my swimsuit. I always buy cheap swimwear and never really invested in a high quality piece before, but I'm so glad I did. The quality and fit is so worth it, I loved the shape of my body when wearing it, it hugged in all the right places. I felt very comfortable and confident wearing it, which I never do when wearing swimwear. Majority of the time I wore it surfing and the quality is just great, I wore it nearly every day and no sign of wear or anything. Great product, great marketing, great ethos. Thank you!
