The company made an appointment with me and on the day and hour they didn’t show up. I called them and they told me that they couldn’t find the appointment in the system. Apparently the person who called and made the appointment didn’t record it at all. Completely a waste of my time. As a business, sticking with the appointment with client is the most basic thing. As a client I felt super furious and my time was wasted

Problem 1 : SOS SnelService RUINED The Entire Carpet With An Unnecessary WATER-BALLET By Venting The Sewer-Contents Into The Living Room , Making A Relatively Small Problem NEEDLESSLY Very MUCH BIGGER !!!
( Way Too Big , Plus Many New Extra Damages ) !!!!!

( While Trying To Create More Workload For Themselves By Working The Wrong Way First

When The 1st Sub-Contractor From SOS SnelService Arrived (As Hired By Coen Hagedoorn + Eigen Haard) , The Complaint Of A Leakage Occurring When Venting Water Through The Sewer(s) / Water-Disposal , The 1st Thing SOS SnelService Did Was Looking For The Solution In The Exact Opposite - (The Water-Supply , In Stead Of The Water Disposal !!!) -

After Ruining The Carpet Massively / Entirely For A Small Leak , They First Completely Ruined The Carpet By Venting A Large Amount Of The Sewer Contents With A Hose , Way Too Short To Reach The Street / Garden , In Order To Vent The Sewer Contents Without That Big Of Damage In The Living Room Causing Damages !!! If You Can Find Any Other Company Than SOS SnelService That Would Be The Best Thing To Do So , Cause They Make Your Problems Bigger Than They Were !!!

The Big Fountain Leak Was Still Open When They Left !!!

If You Can Find Someone Else When You Are In Need , Please Do So !!! That Would Save You A Lot Of Problems !!!

They Left Us Leaving Much More Damages Than Before , Leaving A Hole In The Wall , Building A Monstrosity Ugly Solution In The Floor , Which Rises Above The Floor About 10 CM (Which Was Not There Before These Scamming ) , Damaging Bunglers Came To Deliberately Ruin The 2 Tiles Under The Carpet To Build Their Joke Of A Solution , Leaving The Complete Carpet Floor ,

Plumber perfectly repaired a leaking pipe but then cemented floor back with quite high "hills" so that I couldn't put my laminate back. Essentially, not a big deal to fix! But for one month I called them many times and heard "we'll call you back".

Sent them a formal written reminder, and they finally said they're not going to fix that at all, despite that I paid for the bad work. I just wasted one month with the open floor. And now wasting even more months dealing with them via De Geschillencommissie.

Not recommended. Or at least double-check everything and don't pay them until you're totally satisfied. Also, confirm everything in written, because what they say verbally is sometimes different from what they do.
