Source Wood Floors Opiniones

The purchase process was simple but then you would expect it to be, what made the whole experience a pleasure was the delivery part which can always be a nightmare. it was not the lorry driver was dropping his last delivery and a long drive back to base, i could have expected a quick drop and run but he did not do that. he went above and beyond i it reflected wonder-fully well on your company

Professional service. I dealt with Sarah…she was very helpful and friendly. When the wood floor arrived, I was very happy as it was nicer than the photos. Best of luck in your business.

One of the few companies with high grade (select) and thick wear layer (6mm) oak wood flooring. Extremely competitive prices. Top marks for customer service. Sent out samples quickly (arriving next day), plus were easy to reach by phone to discuss options and find out about availability of stock. Also good with follow up inquiries. Great job Source Wood Floors!

Great service
Super helpful
Totally customer focused

For one reason or another I needed some flooring in a hurry! Sarah was so amazingly helpful in sorting it for me, she went out of her way to make sure I got what I needed and nothing was too much trouble. Great service!

Sarah was brilliant and so helpful, she sent me loads of samples and kept in touch after I had received them to see what I thought, and if I didn’t like any she was quick to recommend others.

Really recommend Souce wood floors!

An easy company to buy from, providing samples promptly, discussing requirements and providing a quote without being pushy. When deciding on supplier they were helpful and delivered in a quick timeframe not to mention the quality of the product was great

Sarah made the service personal without being pushy. She was friendly and helpful which I appreciated.

I was looking for some SOLID oak flooring to match another room done a couple of years ago but not available from original supplier. I found 4 other companies to supply solid samples and Source Wood Floors where the only ones to match my request! 120mm x 20mm not made but they found 125mm x 18mm (Others call solid....Engineered solid oak ply and thin bit on top)
Sharon was a star who kept me informed of import dates and very prompt delivery.
After delivery she checked if everthing was ok. Xx

Great communication and quick delivery. Will definitely buy more flooring from here.

Very helpful, firstly giving advice on existing flooring and very helpful when it came to ordering new flooring

Sharon from Source Flooring dealt with me for the supply of my engineered wood flooring. She provided an absolute first class service throughout the process. She was extremely efficient and always updated me exactly when she said she would. I would highly recommend using this company for your wood floor supplies.

I was looked after by Sarah who was very helpful and stuck with me and wasn’t pushy at all. The flooring is very high quality walnut and we couldn’t be happier with both the product and the customer service.

Floor looks amazing with a great quality

As always outstanding service. Sharon cannot do enough for you. Excellent products realistically priced

I used Source Wood floors to supply V4 engineered wood flooring for our project. Sharon was very helpful in sending us samples and answering questions on the product. Really pleased with the fantastic service, and of course the floors.

The ease of ordering, the feedback after ordering, the delivery time and the cost were all first class.
Will be reordering soon.
