South Lincs Surveyors Ltd Opiniones

Jackie undertook a Level 2 survey on a residential property I am purchasing. This was done quickly within a week of my request and the report produced equally quickly. The report was comprehensive, professionally done with photos included and helpfully identified areas of potential work. This survey report was far superior to previous surveys I have had done in the recent past and I was impressed by her use of a drone in the survey. I would highly recommend this company to others and would unequivocally use again should that be required.

Jackie Allen conducted a thorough damp and mould survey in a professional, relaxed and friendly manner. Prompt production of the survey report followed. Jackie also drew our attention to a couple of unrelated areas which warrant concern and attention. That was much appreciated. I highly recommend South Lincs Surveyors services.

Excellent communication throughout with a very good, detailed snagging report. Jackie took us through the report in detail and answered all our questions fully. First class service.

Great service, promptly done (job was actually brought forward proactively due to a cancellation), good comms throughout, and very helpful with follow up queries and explaining in plain English. Highly recommended practitioner. Thanks very much.

Very helpful and extremely thorough

Brilliant service.
I needed an EPC for my house sale. Called late one afternoon, they managed to fit me in the very next day. The guy that did the survey was courteous and diligently got on with the job.
Certificate issued the very next day.
Great service I would highly recommend.

Prompt professional communication and service as promised.

Many thanks.

Really impressed.
Very professional and personable. Efficient and helpful and the final report was thorough and easy to understand etc.
Thank you Jackie.

Very easy and quick to book and pay, was booked in for a valuation within two weeks, had results same day as valuation. Very quick and easy process for a very good price

Jackie was very thorough on conducting a Level 2 homebuyer survey on a property we intend to buy.
With several points raised that needed attention and further investigation.
This helped us make an informed decision and ultimately would save us far more money than the cost of the initial survey costs.

So worth every penny!

Jackie also conducted the EPC survey on our previous property sale , so would highly recommend South Lincs Surveyors Ltd

Can’t recommend Jackie highly enough. Very thorough, professional and informative. Would be my first call for future EPCs and surveys.
