From the off, Space Station in Chiswick were very helpful and efficient as I planned how and where to store my belongings. Michael & John and the team at Chiswick were so kind and professional - and they also offer a free removals service. This was a game changer. A lovely team arrived and shifted my stuff and actually, an experience I was low key dreading kind of turned into a fun morning. I recommend!!

We took a 40 foot container for nearly a year to store our household effects whilst our house was being refurbished. The storage was clean and easily accessed, the yard was always clean and tidy, and we found Space Station to be responsive to any queries. As the seasons changed we needed to move things in and out of the storage, and this was a breeze, even though our container was first floor. David was especially helpful throughout our time at Space Station.

Had to find storage for a year after house move and before shipping our furniture abroad. Did my research and Space station Uxbridge came out tops with the added bonus of free removal into storage unit. Storage unit had secure easy access. Jayne and the team at space station Uxbridge team are great. I have a disability and Jayne found me a storage unit that was easy to access. On the day we moved out Simon came to see how it was going, told him I was worried we wouldn’t get everything on the removal truck, and he said not to worry as he would find us a smaller unit for anything that wouldn’t fit.

I am very pleased with the service l received from Space Station Castle Bromwich which is down to their excellent staff. Becky, Helen and Jake are three front of house staffs. They are very approachable, helpful and knowledgeable in their roles. The facility is very clean and the security is very good. I have used the facility since October’25 for storing my furnitures and have only recently moved them out. During the time I had my furniture in storage I had only visited the facility on a few occasions.
All my furnitures were still in the same place l left them.
I chose this storage facility because of its location because it’s ideally located and within a few minutes of the M6 Motorway.
I highly recommend Space Station Castle Bromwich and, wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I found the staff at Space Station St John's Wood to be very friendly. From getting my quote to me renting the unit, they were there at each step. The prices were competitive, but I also got a small discount on storage crates. A great perk was free pickup within 10 miles of the storage facility
The unit was clean and secure, and the office staff were very helpful.
Stage facility was easy to get to by public transport

Review for Space Station Uxbridge (the one near Heathrow in London).
I wanted to declutter and recently took some space there for a year (now leading a lighter life :)).
The storage system there is really very good. The area is clean and neat, very secure. Temperature is right.
The members of staff were super helpful. I am glad there is an office over there as I always prefer to deal with humans.
The removals company they sent to me was also super professional and efficient.

At first sight the building was clean, and the office was also clean and tidy. The member of staff listened attentively to my requirement before offering an appropriate size space. I was then shown the room. Again, everything was clean and well illuminated. The security arrangements were clearly explained as well as accessibility.

The offer of a free service to collect my items was a great decision maker. The documentation was clear and simple and the arrangements completed without any hassle.

The staff were very polite and helpful.

Holly and Maya at the Stirchley premises have been fantastic - they are super responsive if you have any questions and have made the process really easy for us to navigate during a stressful time. The process of unlocking and securing our storage unit via the app was explained really well and we are confident that any issues will be dealt with quickly and professionally. We took advantage of the complimentary removals service and Transporter Removals were incredible: so efficient and helpful despite it being one of the hottest days of the year. We would highly recommend Space Station to anyone who requires their services!

We noticed that Space Station Storage had recently opened locally to us and, as it was nearer to where we may be living in future, we decided to move our belongings from our previous storage company to them.
They were offering a very good promotional deal at the time, with reduced prices and free transfer of our storage from the previous company, provided we stayed with them for three months, which suited our plans well. Although they could not confirm exactly how much prices may increase in the future, we decided it was worth taking the opportunity.
The staff were always polite and kept in regular contact with us throughout the process. However, the organisation side did become rather confusing at times. We had three or four different people contacting us, sometimes all on the same day, and there seemed to be some confusion over our moving date. Our transfer had been confirmed for the 26th, but we repeatedly received calls referring to the 16th instead.
I found myself having to ring several times to double-check that the correct arrangements were in place, and even close to the moving date we were still receiving mixed messages, which became quite stressful and cumbersome.
To be fair, after I emailed and explained my concerns, things did seem to improve and communication became clearer. I’m now hopeful that the actual move over the next few days will go smoothly.
Overall, the team have been friendly and helpful, and the promotional offer was excellent — I just feel the internal communication and organisation could be improved.

Things to consider;
After the promotion finishes they cannot guarantee a price, so could be risky.
You have to take out insurance with them or an independent company and bring proof.
