I recommend spaces to anyone search of a premium office space experience.

The ladies at reception have been really nice and welcoming. My stay would have not been the same without Kirsten and Erica. I would highly recommend Spaces.

Awesome place to work.

Really great ambiance, easy to book app and friendly community of people. High tech meeting rooms and office desks. Coffee machines and drinking water available all the time. Also location is great near the station.
Expensive to park at spaces parking as you have to pay and park day charge for £12 inc vat. But cheaper parking options available at 70p per hour just near Morrisons.

They are just interested in talking you into a contract. When you realize the piece they gave you is wrong, they stick to their contract and you can’t do anything about it. I have signed up to meet other freelancers, but the space is full of offices for bigger companies so not only do I pay too much, the space does also not provide what they promised in their sales pitch. Stay away if you can.

Despite our tenancy agreement ending in April, we have yet to receive our retainer back and are therefore thousands of pounds out of pocket. When we signed up, we were told it would be repaid within 30 days of the tenancy ending, when this date passed we were promised it would be paid on 7th June and we would see it in our account by 19th June. Of course, this date has also been and gone and despite sending multiple emails we are getting no response other than generic, faceless responses from the help desk promising that the case has been assigned and will be investigated. Unfortunately judging by the other reviews, this seems to be the businesses modus operandi. The staff at the Milton Keynes office were rude, there is no atmosphere in the shared spaces and we are very glad we have left but if our retainer is not repaid by close of play today we will begin legal proceedings as you are in breach of contract. I’m very sure I would not have got away with not paying our rent for 8 weeks and would have no doubt been charged penalties for that but you seem to think it is ethical and ok to illegally withhold tenants money and then ignore us when we try to get it back. Shameful. Avoid at all costs
