Hi Kimberley, I’m sorry you had this experience.
I understand your frustration but feel that your 1* rating is unfair.
Whilst you do have 24/7 access to the centre we have no influence whatsoever with the parking regulations that are in place.
The car park is managed by a third-party company at the request of the building owner and we are also affected by these regulations.
Your centre team did contact the parking company on your behalf to ask for an exception, but unfortunately they were unwilling to provide one.
Should you wish to work outside of the designated parking times off site options are available to you.
Your centre team have already discussed this with you and they remain your point of contact should you have any further questions.

We've been trying to get our $15,000…
We've been trying to get our $15,000 retainer returned after moving out of Spaces in Fairfax Los Angeles. It's been a month and a half and they ignore most emails, support tickets get closed before being resolved and they're impossible to get ahold of. Spaces needs to get investigated for witholding money that's not theirs.

I’m sorry if you felt the need to escalate this.
We fully understand the importance of receiving your refund promptly and have taken measures to make the process as smooth as possible for customers.
After requesting your retainer through your online account (myregus.com) we expect a retainer refund to be processed 30 days after the end of your agreement or 30 days after the request (whichever is later). It’s an automated process. However, we ask you to go through some security steps as part of our fraud-prevention policy.
We’re truly sorry for the delay and are working hard to put it right.
