Scam!!! Set the membership and charge me without my permission!!
I am writing this review to express my frustration and disappointment with the lack of response and resolution from Workspaces regarding an unauthorized membership issue.
Despite multiple attempts to contact the company through various channels, including emails and phone calls, I have not received any response or assistance in resolving the matter. The unauthorized membership has resulted in unwarranted charges and has caused significant inconvenience.
What exacerbates the situation is the company’s decision to block my emails and phone calls, making it impossible for me to communicate with them directly. This communication blockade is highly unprofessional and further impedes any chance of reaching a resolution.
I am disheartened by the lack of customer support and urge Workspaces to address this matter promptly. It is essential for businesses to uphold a standard of responsiveness and accountability, and the current situation falls short of those expectations.
I hope this review serves as a plea for attention to my issue and encourages Workspaces to take immediate steps to rectify the unauthorized membership and lift the communication blockade.

I’m sorry you feel this way, but your membership is being charged in accordance with the agreement that you signed, so I’m confused as to how this could possibly be “unauthorized”.
I’m unsure of the channels you have been attempting to reach us through; we ask that our customers contact their local centre team or raise a query to our Account Helpdesk through the ‘Help’ section of their online account (Myspacesworks.com) if they need assistance.
You contacted us in this way previously and we have replied to each of your queries.
Trying to go through other channels because you do not like what you have been advised is not going to change the outcome for you and it’s possible that unsolicited emails to internal contacts may not be seen.
