Lack of customer value for cooperation
We were deeply disappointed with the service quality of this organization. Their onboarding process lacked any real value to the client. Frequently, they imposed additional charges, referring to various rules buried within their policies, which were not clearly communicated at the outset. My nine-month experience with them was fraught with issues, including being compelled to pay an extra month's fees due to a contract error I had rectified on the same day the agreement was signed, three months prior to the completion of onboarding.
If you are considering entering into an agreement with this organization, I strongly recommend consulting with a legal firm to thoroughly review all contractual obligations beforehand.

Thanks for letting us know about this.
Signed agreements are binding; I understand you would like for a more flexible contract and we do allow you to relocate offices but they cannot be already occupied. As per the latest meeting, we took note of your feedback. We do care about your opinion and are grateful to hear them as this will help us to improve our services.
The office restoration service is mandatory, therefore, cannot be waived. It refers to the maintenance of the office and this is informed to all of our customers upon signing.
The terms of your agreement have now been clarified by your community team. If you have more questions, we invite you to continue discussions with them.
