The matter referenced concerns a personal purchase made by our director in his individual capacity and has no connection to SPC Coatings as a business. At no point has the reviewer been a customer of SPC Coatings or received any services from our company.
We believe this review was posted in response to feedback left regarding that separate personal transaction and therefore does not represent a genuine customer experience with SPC Coatings.

We recently sold 10 Italian Cyress to Rami at SPC Coatings. He demanded a delivery date of 29th of may and our website clearly states to allow 12 days for delviery (we delivered to Rami within 10 days). He has taken it upon himself to lie about our buisness publicly, I would strongly suggest refraining from doing buisness with this crowd weather supplying them or as a customer.
UPDATE:
Your directors behaviour is relevant to your company especially when he is using your company name to spread misinformation on trustpilot. We have shared the relevant information with trustpilot for this and they agree this would be viewed as us conducting buisness with SPC Coatings LTD and will be leaving our review up.

I normally don't leave many reviews around, but if a company is selling a product that is faulty and of a very poor quality, other customers should probably know and beware. I wish I read some of the reviews below before buying anything from them, but had to learn the lesson the hard way. Very unprofessional customer service as well, not interested in replacing or repairing their faulty products.
Worst spray paint I've bought. Don't buy from here. When I tried to return it they did not give a refund. Wasted hundreds of pounds on unusable product.
