The cover by far is much better than…
The cover by far is much better than your competitors, however the delivery is a accident/claim waiting to happen. I scheduled the delivery to be delivered to either two of my neighbours due to me being out of the country but it was left on the doorstep. CCTV witnessed this, my neighbour 2 hours later at my request went to check and was fortunately it was still there

We’re really pleased to hear that you rate the cover so highly compared to others on the market. However, we’re very sorry to hear about the delivery experience you’ve described. Having a parcel left on your doorstep when alternative arrangements were clearly requested is not acceptable and certainly not the standard we expect from our delivery partners.
We’re relieved to hear that your neighbour was able to retrieve it safely, but we completely understand your concern that this could easily have resulted in a loss or claim.
We will raise this directly with the courier to ensure this is investigated and to help prevent this happening again in the future.

Almost excellent service
Arranging the date to attend a fitting was problematic, the two guys who measured up for the cover were excellent on the day but my contact in the office did not make themselves known when I arrived, which seemed odd. I was asked if I would like an extra opening at the rear to ease fitting which I said yes to, but when the cover arrived this wasn’t included. It would also have been beneficial if there was a diagram included to explain the fitting of the straps. Overall the fit is very good and the colour just right but I would have expected a little more of personal touch regarding after sales.

Tow Pro Infinity Elite
Ich habe eine Tow Pro Infinity Elite für meinen neuen Wohnwagen gekauft. Leider waren nach der Überführung vom Händler nach Hause (120km) sämtliche Frontscheiben und das Sunroof zerkratzt bzw. angescheuert. Der Kundenservice teilte mir auf Anfrage mit, dass die Schaden vorher waren (der Wohnwagen war brandneu und wir haben ihn genauestens bei Abholung auf Beschädigungen geprüft, die anderen Scheiben haben keine Schäden). Die zweite Begründung lautete, dass die Front verdreckt gewesen ist (der Händler hatte den Wagen frische gereinigt für die Übergabe an uns). Nun habe ich eine Abdeckung die ich nicht benutzen kann sowie einen neuen zerkratzten Wohnwagen und darf die Schäden auf eigene Rechnung beheben.

We are genuinely sorry to hear about the experience you’ve had following the first use of your Tow Pro Infinity Elite cover. We fully understand how concerning it must be to notice marks on a brand new caravan, and we appreciate the detailed information and photographs you provided while we reviewed this with our design team.
Following a thorough assessment of the images and the information supplied, our design team confirmed that the type and pattern of scratching shown is not consistent with what a towing cover is capable of causing. The fit and construction of the cover do not allow for the level or motion required to create these marks during normal use.
As explained in our correspondence, this style of fine, circular scratching is most commonly associated with the way a surface has been cleaned, particularly when a brush or sponge has been used on acrylic windows or sunroofs. We appreciate that this may not have been apparent at the time of collection, but this remains the professional assessment based on the evidence provided.
We sell many thousands of these covers each year across the UK and Europe and have not received reports of covers causing this type of damage.
While we are confident that the cover itself is not at fault, we do understand that this has been a frustrating situation for you, and we are sorry that you feel disappointed with the outcome.

My Infinity towing cover for my 2024 Bailey caravan was a costly disappointment
My Infinity towing cover for my 2024 Bailey Vigo caravan was a difficult fit from purchase being difficult to pull up the zip the fabric catching in the zip and the cover itself always having diagonal wrinkles across the front .We managed after a fashion the first year but this year first time out the zip stuck, the cover couldn't be removed and the zip puller snapped off in efforts to free it.Of course the guarantee is up although it does look like a manufacturing fault to me .Our previous Specialised cover was excellent in all respects so we feel badly let down especially as the quality of materials still appears largely good. The advertising always makes great play of the snug fit ,lack of wrinkling and easy fitting and removal.A bit misleading if ours is now the typical product.We live and learn so I can't see me buying a replacement from Specialised!!
It might have been worth saying that I bought my cover via PRIMA Leisure so they would have the sales record but the cover has a tag with the Specialised Covers model and date of production on it as does the cover carrying bag.And also in my initial struggles with the cover I put some of this down to height of the cover due to the tall Infinity windows , the fact that it was a relatively new model with a lot more fabric to handle it than the shorter models and that one was standing on a 3 step ladder to do up the top of the zip as recommended in the literature and video which was something of a gymnastic challenge if you’re of more mature years!!
