Helpful finding me the best rates. Good communication and, although I had to chase a few times, they were very responsive.

Timely relevant professional advice
Ollie's advice on mortgage life insurance was swift and to the point with the necessary medical appointments scheduled efficiently and conveniently for weekend at home. Through the twists and turns of the house purchase process Ollie kept in touch to ensure that the policy could be started at the shortest notice to be in place as soon as required. Elena Todorova has handled a number of mortgage arrangements for my clients and for my family. She is thoroughly professional, extremely knowledgeable and very friendly and approachable. I find that she has a very pragmatic way of considering trickier borrowing requirements so you feel that you are in a safe pair of hands. Matt Jeffery - First Class Broker
Matt Jeffery acted as our broker on our house move from a one bed flat to a three bed house. Throughout the advice process he was incredibly clear on his recommendations and what product was most suitable for us given our circumstances and the most competitive rates. His communication throughout was clear and concise.
He kept us updated throughout the approval process with our chosen lender and was always on hand if we had any questions or queries.
During the time between approval and completion, Matt kept on top of our lenders products and obtained us an even better rate which was greatly appreciated by us.
