Bought an item with next working day…
Bought an item with next working day delivery if bought before the deadline. Item was bought before deadline however instead of next working day I've been given three working days for delivery. Would've went elsewhere if they were honest about delivery time.
Reply to store: Delivery is scheduled for Wednesday, not Tuesday which is besides the point as when purchasing the product next working day delivery was advertised as possible after my delivery address was input. If it's not possible outside of UK mainland the website should update to reflect that upon entering you're address.

Having looked into your order, we can confirm that it was placed on Friday for delivery to a non-mainland UK address. Unfortunately, Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days for this delivery service, so the next working day is Monday, with delivery scheduled for Tuesday. This means your parcel is still arriving within the advertised next working day service for your location.
We understand this can be confusing, and we'll certainly review our delivery information to see if we can make this clearer for customers in non-mainland UK areas.
