New caravan from Warwickshire Branch…
We recently bought a new caravan from the Warwickshire branch of Spinney. Alan Blair dealt with the sale and was always helpful and knowledgeable. The handover was completed by Alan Rumney who gave us a thorough walkthrough of all the workings of the caravan. He explained and answered our questions well. Thank you to both of you. No problems
Previously had 2 caravans from Broadlane and wondered if the previous good experiences would carry over now that it is become Spinney. Many of the previous staff at Leak Wootton remain and I need not have been concerned, still the same good experience now that I have moved onwards to a motorhome. Was well looked after by Alan, Allan and Jane, all expections fulfilled and would recommend to anyone.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're pleased to hear that you found the habitation handover helpful and thorough.
We were, however, surprised by your comments regarding the cab handover, as our records show that your appointment was originally booked for 3pm but was brought forward to 11am at your request, with the handover lasting until approximately 5pm. During this time, in addition to the habitation demonstration, the cab functions were covered, including the lights, steering wheel adjustments, main infotainment screen, satellite navigation setup (including entering your home address), cab blinds, AdBlue level and door mirror adjustments.
We appreciate that there is a lot of information to absorb on handover day, particularly with a modern motorhome, and if there are any features you would like further guidance on, please don't hesitate to contact us. Our team will be happy to assist.

I’ve just sold my touring caravan to Spinney.
Rob got in touch after finding my advert on auto trader.
We negotiated over email and Rob was genuine and fair with his valuation.
Once the driver Mark arrived, he checked over the caravan and the documents to make sure it was as advertised.
Shortly after, the money we agreed was transferred into my bank.
The whole process by both gentlemen was honest, professional and friendly.
A breath of fresh air in the caravan industry.

Buying a Swift Voyager 540 from Spinney Warwick was an absolute delight from our first telephone call with Alan from Sales, a relaxed viewing, plenty of time to ask questions in person and afterwards via email. Alan and Jayne were wonderful during the process of buying the vehicle and extras that were added. Gary gave us a great handover on collection day too. All of this was faultless! However, what has really blown us away is how helpful Alan, Jayne and Mark in the Service department have been with snagging issues since our purchase! Emails have been answered quickly, phone calls returned promptly and nothing has been too much trouble! Even fairly basic questions have been patiently answered! Thank you all so much to all at Spinney Warwick! We carefully chose you because your reviews were so good but even then you have exceeded expectation! Thank you!!

From our first enquiry to eventually deciding to up grade our existing caravan the sales team who we dealt with Richard, Jayne and Alan were tremendous making the whole experience seamless and very satisfying. The whole experience/process from browsing to purchasing was exceptional. The whole team are very friendly, very professional people, and go that extra mile to make you feel valued. It's not a hard sale here, you're able to browse at your leisure and find a staff member when you're ready.
This isn't our first purchase from this branch, and as always , there were many quality caravans available. They also have motorhomes for sale too.
Alan was our salesman, Jane did all the admin and Gary showed us around our caravan before we took it home. Totally professional from start to finish.

Excellent Customer Service
A regular customer for 6 years continued with the recent purchase of a new motorhome. Always receive a very friendly and professional reception from everyone at the branch. The new motorhome required a couple of dealer-fit options and other sub-contract work which was all completed on time to the usual excellent standard.

Brilliant service from start to finish. From the very first day we visited, we were given plenty of time to look around without any pressure. We even came back a second time, and the team were just as helpful—answering all our questions with patience and clarity.
On collection day, they truly went above and beyond. Everything was explained thoroughly, and no question was dismissed or made to feel silly. Every member of staff was friendly, approachable, and easy to talk to.
