I made 2 deposits and one etransfer that did not make it to my account. After speaking to the robot in live chat I was told the problem was on my end and the money would come back to me. So far nothing and apparently no recourse. Stay away from that site.

The first time I won money I had a Hassle receiving my payout because of proof of who I was proof of address proof of bank account proof of my life lol but once it was all sorted out I did get my payout. I now find they are one of the only casinos that are honest. I use this casino more than any other casino. I actually win once in a while well the other casino’s let me win a $100 then slowly after I reach a $100 my money dwindles down to 0. I have nothing bad to say about Spin casino.

Honestly been playing this game and a few other for years!! Spincity has got to be the absolute worst!
They barley ever let you win more then 200.00 bucks year after year, this casino as of Dec 2022 is officially is bad and today was definitely my last time giving money away without even keeping me interim the game, and I dont care about your generic response about how its random and luck and computer generated. This casino stole half of my wthdrawal. I stopped playing on jackpot city over a year ago and about 3 months ago I tried SpinPalace thier sister site I won 750 which was pretty much what I had put in, I did my withdrawal as I'm verified on spinpalace. For some reason the withdrawal was split in 2 lots of 375 and when I got a confirmation of my withdrawal it was only for 375 I contacted support and the person told me thier was a charge back on my jackpotcity account (not done by me as I can prove bank records that I never made a chargeback) and they had used my withdrawal from spin palace to pay the jackpot city account which to note the jackpot city account was.not even verified. Also I check thier T&C and ACCOUNT meaning is a unique account with the site if its unique how is it linked with a completely different casino? Also they just close chat now when I try to contact them also wanted to inquire why when I looked at my total withdrawals and deposits there is a 200 withdrawal on the jackpotcity account but I never verified the account or made such withdrawal so I dont know how that's possible. Was happy with the casino until this happened and would have kept on playing and depositing here.

I use to love playing there so i got up $700 dollars i said to myself i take out $600 and leave a hundred to play with. Well i had to jump thru hoops all because of this withdrawl. they wanted me to go to my bank and look stupid trying to explain what they wanted to prove my debit card was mine. Sounds sill eh after using the cards for a long time. i put in thousands and this is the first withdrawl. So they sent me $500 dollars it was suppose to be $600. They closed my account and i asked for my money that i had seeing i can't play it. I'm still fighting with them.They said these two companies too the money cause i owed it and thats bull because one place i never heard of and the second one i was talking in emails so he sent me a letter stating i owed nothing and they never took a penny .So i went back today to tell them i got proof now they say i got disputes with the casino so i owed them money and that bull to i told them to prove it. sad to say i'm not going anywhere i won that money fair and square. Isn't it awful a big casino like that is fighting so hard not to pay out $197... so play at your own risk but don't say i didn't warn ya...And beware they have alot of sister sites ..jackpot city and ruby casino are a part of them

I have won some money few days ago amd after sending them all kinds if documents they ask for and proof that it's me over 3 days they still keep saying that those are not correct. You only get email from them and it's always someone else emailing you. I don't know what else to do to get
my money. I have send all documents I have.
You should not need to send 20 documents to get your winings. They don't seem to care about any documents when you send them money to play no questions asked.

I have been trying to withdraw my money. And they have held it for almost a month now and there is update. Support is completely useless and would not give you real information. Who in the world takes a month to review a $400.83 withdrawal??? I have reach out few times already and nothing is happening. Its really frustrating, i thought they legitimate online casino. I have found when you first sign up, you win. I think to entice you in. My biggest grudge is for example: $20 bets on Lara Croft, you win...awesome...next time you log in they have decreased your maximum bet to $4.00
so therefore it tells me someone is watching what we're winning & amount. But my biggest grudge is, we are willing to bet $20 per spin, so therefore if we win, it's fair and square, so why do they reduce our bet when we start winning. It really peeves me off. Also I have noticed if you win a few times over, you can try your hardest play different games, drop your bet, inresase your bet...but you still don't win.....yes I am guilty of getting to $1600 and then change my bet up to $50. huge for me but at the end of the day we're on a gambling game and just like you all, it only takes that 1 spin and you leap out of your seat, its the risk we all take to win a big one. After opening account in spinpalace i made my first deposit & got my bonus. Then i started to place bets on my account. After winning money fortunately when i made my first withdraw from my account then suddenly they confiscated my money and closed my account. Then i talked to them they told me that it is their management decision. But how they confiscated my money!!! They have no right to grabbed my money from me. I contacted them again & again but they refused me & did not get my legal money to me. They are a real cheating site & they are doing this kind of cheating with many of their customers. I am now doing my complaint with 3rd party against them & i will also go to UK media d others against them. They grabbed my earning money doing cheat which is more then 600 usd. & in our country its a huge amount of money. They ruined my career & my family also. I will not let them go. So never had a problem with payouts....its just since covid hitvlast March...2020...it has been absolutely rubbish the win ratio...now I know how gambling goes and I dont mind losing...but the cookies have taken over...seriously corrupt... I was winning and losing around the law's of averages, now the winning is impossible. Rubbish

Spin Palace is a big, big scam.. they take you money but when is the time to cash out they find all the reason in the world to do not pay... Disappointed...

I registered with them, and deposited. They rejected the withdrawal apparently due to a self exclusion which is impossible cuz it's my first time joining their casino and whomever they're affiliated with. I sent them documents to prove that my deposit went through. I got so many agents saying they'll refund me, emails included and 5 weeks later, still nothing. Be careful of this casino. They're scammers and thieves.

As you can see there is many bad reviews regarding with withdrawal issues. I WISH I would've seen these before signing up and wasting my money. The withdrawal process is a joke and the robotic live chat so called customer service is a joke. Everything that you read from these reviews are true.

I made $100 deposits and they charged me $106.75 to my bank account which i was not aware of. Also twice i have made deposits using pre paid visa and it said waitng toi confirm which took the money from the pre paid but never was put into my account.

I made a bet with 5 digits, was my 2nd bet and after i won it, i made a cashout and then the trouble began. After sending them like around 15 documents (id, proof of address, id to face, source of wealth, bank statements, ewallet statement and 1 phone call), the were always telling me, please wait, the operations team is taking care of it! After 5 weeks, i finally got paid. But i never ever had to go through such a hell! The threated me like a criminal and letting me wait 5 weeks is also way beyond ok. So this is the last time i will play there. Stay away, those scammers searching a big way not to pay you!
