Great experience from start to finish.
Recently made redundant and Lucy at Spire Solicitors helped with the negotiating on the terms of the exit. One my usual pet hates with Solicitors is when they chuck daunting contracts, terms and non-disclosures at you before even picking up the phone. I raised a query and got a phone call from Lucy to discuss my case and how they could help. Great personable experience from the get go and this continued until the case was resolved. Will be using again for sure.

Not good so far
Not good so far. They are dealing with my late step mothers estate, I was informed of this by my step brother.
I had expected some form of letter informing me that I was mentioned in the will, (as my step brother had informed me that I was).
When I contacted Jackie (can't remember last name) her whole attitude was why are you bothering me? I don't think stroppy is a strong way of describing it.
I await another phone call, which I hope will be much more professional.

Haydn Orford of the Norwich office is the go-to guy for conveyancing. An absolutely brilliant service. I'd recommend him to anyone, and were I to buy and sell again I'd go straight to him. His secretary was also very helpful. Thank you so much :-)
