The wrist peg snapped off one arm of the spiderman figure just after my 17 year old grandson got it. He is very careful working with his figures so its a disgrace charging all that money for something that falls apart within a two or 3 weeks!!!

As a retailer, we unfortunately can’t control the quality of every individual figure supplied to us by the manufacturer.
S.H.Figuarts are positioned by the manufacturer as a more premium line of figures, with a greater focus on articulation, detail and overall finish, which is reflected in their pricing. At the same time, they are still made from plastic and often contain small, intricate parts, so unfortunately breakages can sometimes occur.
We always try to keep our pricing as fair and competitive as possible compared with other retailers across Europe.

First time encounter, certainly not the last
As a first time encounter, I was honestly a little skeptical about ordering from a new site but I was pleasantly surprised by such a great experience.
I found one of the back issues I was looking for, got excited and ordered. Only to do the same thing for another issue within minutes.
Both issues were dispatched together, indiviudally bagged & boarded, and arrived within a couple of days.
The price was slightly higher than elsewhere (only by a smidge) but you really are paying for the service - all in this time, an order raised several days previously elsewhere hadnt even been dispatched.
