Took just over 4 weeks from start to finish for my bespoke item to be produced, although I am happy with the finished Splashback customer service could haver been a bit better often taking a week to answer any queries, if at all. The Splashback arrived a week after if should have not sure why. It was well wrapped/protected but there was a small scratch on the back which penetrated through the foil and showed up on the white front as a small dark mark. Pity as this sort of thing will be an issue when you buy goods on-line, you cannot see what you have before leaving the shop.

I ordered my Splashback on the 2nd January and received it on 11th February, well within the advertised timescales.

I cannot fault the company for their communication. I uploaded one of my own photographs and they contacted me quickly that there was a bit of blurriness on my image. Unfortunately it had gone into my spam folder and I hadn't noticed, so they text me to check my email. Once found and image discussed I gave my go ahead.

The day before arrival, we received notification that our package was on its way, including a link to fitting instructions.

When we received the splashback the first thing we noticed was how well and safely it had been packaged. We were then absolutely delighted with the actual splashback. This was a photograph I had taken myself and the colours were spot on, exactly what I was looking for. The measurements were exact and it was fitted easily with the adhesive we had ordered following the instructions from the link.

I would highly recommend Splashbacks UK for both their product and service.

In spite of the issues around covid splashback UK delivered an excellent product in good time. Product was well packaged and protected. Instructions made it easy to fit. Looks great.

Ordered 2 splashbacks in 2020. Both were delivered very late and wrong colour. One was ordered in black and white and they printed it in colour. Initially they agreed to replace but then said they’d only refund money, which I accepted reluctantly. The money never came and I had to claim via credit card. Lee-Ann (Director) unbelievably claimed that they were in the right and then tried to mislead the credit card company about the black and white print despite previously confirming to me they’d got it wrong in writing. Fortunately I had a solid email trail and my money was eventually refunded. Took 10 months from order to refund. Shame, as could be a good company, but really awful service if things go wrong. Suggest you don’t gamble.
Edit: The reply below seem to sum up their dishonesty, poor attitude and lack of customer care very well!!

What a great splashback. We got this glass lemon printed splashback cut to size . Item came on time, well packed and clear fitting instructions. Fitted within a few days, left to dry 72 Hrs. Unit looks great, brightens up the whole kitchen. I am ready pleased.

We ordered a custom splashback for our new kitchen - the company contacted us to say the image we wanted to use wasn't great and showed us how it would distort when enlarged. As it was a landscape picture taken on holiday, they suggested we use a specific website to see if we could find an alternative image.
We did and found an almost identical picture to the one we had taken. We sent them the picture and were told it would work well enlarged. We were warned that due to the lockdown in Dublin and number of staff working, the wait may be longer than usual.
We did have to wait, however this was mainly due to getting the image right. Once we had the image right, it took a couple of weeks to arrive.
The splashback was well packaged and so easy to fit following the instructions! (despite my panicking that we would break it!)
The splashback looks beautiful and is exactly what we wanted - a real wow factor in our beautiful new kitchen. Would definitely recommend!

If anyone is looking for a splashback then look to this company first. Service and product brilliant. Delivery on time. Easy instructions for fitting. In fact everything perfect.

I ordered a splashback using a digital photo I had taken. UK Splashbacks suggested how this might be presented with 2 versions sent by return. I amended one of their proposals and agreed that they should proceed. Originally they estimated 5-7 weeks from order to delivery. In fact it arrived after about 3 weeks. The quality of enlargement is particularly impressive and the glass itself beautifully polished and cut. It was extremely well packaged.

I had sought an estimate from a local company - the price they quoted was more than double the quote of UK splashbacks.

I am extremely satisfied with both the service I received and the quality of the final product which has more than lived up to expectations.
