Very pleased with my clear glass splashback. It was made to measure and arrived sooner than estimated with all fittings required. Looks great. Good price. Would recommend

Good service good product

On time - colour match slightly less then perfect - which could heve been sorted by a sample , so our fault. Looks really good in situ and feedback really great. Good service , clear instruction

Brilliant Splashback - Love it

This is the second splashback I’ve had from this company and both have been absolutely perfect and exactly as expected. The latest one is the black and grey striped which matches our kitchen perfectly. Delivery was quicker than expected , knocking a couple of weeks off the estimate. Highly recommended and would definitely use again.

Ordered a sealife themed Splashback for my new kitchen. Ordered online with ease and received my purchase before the proposed wait time. Delivery was good and I am extremely pleased with this product. I have received excellent service 😊

A company who does not have a phone number and doesn’t respond to emails. Worrying

When you buy from a online store you are entering into a agreement of trust, whereby we are sending money (roughly £230 in my case) to someone we don’t know, whose product we haven’t seen except in photos on the web page, with the anticipation you will not be disappointed. This was the case when I ordered a splashback in mid June. The order was for a cream standard splashback. I had an email through saying ‘in production’. Red flags started to go up as soon as I tried to contact them a few days later to ask if I could possibly change the glass to clear instead of cream. Firstly, I tried phoning, the message for the number being temporarily suspended. So no way of getting through on the phone. Second red flag was when I emailed. I knew that the splashback was supposed to be in production and if they said no, well I would understand, because both would go with my kitchen either way. I got the standard ‘we will get back to you as soon as possible, message. But, the as soon as possible didn’t happen, no response at all. I felt at this point, I had been scammed. Because what legitimate company does not have a phone number so they can be contacted for queries or orders or answer emails to customers who have entrusted their monies with them.

I waited for the five weeks to be up, not knowing if I would get a cream, clear glass or no splashback at all and as a ‘benefit of the doubt’ emailed again, nothing. Phone number still the same. There is absolutely no excuse to not respond or give feedback of where the product is at, if failed quality control or whatever. If Splashbacks uk is a genuine company, then they are not doing themselves any favours at all. At the end of the day customers are what puts food on the table and when there is no customer service at all and no delivery or feedback it doesn’t make for a good review.

I have now put in a dispute with my bank to get the money back. Because I have no clue where this company is at and have no trust in the company at all.

I wished I had read the reviews before purchasing anything and foolishly, I didn’t. So please if you are thinking about purchasing from splashbacks, try phoning them first, if you get the same response as me, go elsewhere. Not a good experience and could be a costly one.

I placed an order for our new house…

I placed an order for our new house back in June and am just shocked at the way they treat their customers ,
I was hoping that it would not come to this but I am now asking for a full refund ,I have been trying to get in touch with someone to talk to ,I have had a few responses from Lee Anne which where very short ,not helpful at all ,she is now totally ignoring all my emails,
I just wanted a simple design on a splash back ,my own image ‘ which they advertise ,my money was taken and weeks later she told me that the company do not do your own image , they are still advertising ,your own image ,
You cannot contact them by phone ,and their service is just horrendous ,
I think I am going to have to take legal action .
I really wish that I had looked up the reviews first ,,

No delivery or contact !

I placed an order 100028658 for a small pc of glass to be made and I’ve tried to contact the company which is impossible!
It’s been four weeks and no delivery!
Wish I would have paid by credit card now but will be in touch with the bank to see if they can help.

We have actually been trying to contact you as you have placed the order in cm's rather than mm's. This has been caught by our production floor and stopped.
As we are an online business and bespoke most of our communication is via email for clarity, I am sorry the phones are down at the moment as we are currently moving but we have emailed you several times regards the order being incorrect.
I will process a refund for you now and that should be with you in 2-4 working days.

Customer service non existent

I have delayed writing this review to give the company time to rectify the position but now feel I do have to warn other potential customers how poor the firm's customer service is should they have any sort of issue. I ordered splashbacks together with the recommended adhesive (without the latter the warranty is void). The adhesive wasn't delivered. The telephone lines are all either unavailable or not answered so I could not leave a message. I have emailed numerous times. On one rare occasion (7 June) the owner Lee-anne said the items weren't despatched with the original order and would be posted next day. A fortnight later they still haven't arrived and emails go unanswered. I have had no explanation. At present I am £20 out of pocket and don't have the product I need to use to have a valid warranty. I do wish I'd spotted the other negative reviews before purchasing from this face-less and unresponsive company. Blaming things on COVID no longer washes. They need someone to deal with customer issues properly and promptly. The product is good so why spoil things and upset customers? Take our money and run?

Extremely poor service and they don't deliver as their web site indicates.

Placed an order then received an email stating it would 4 to 6 weeks or longer to receive a basic glass splash-back!!! Immediately emailed back to cancel order - no reply from them. Called the number on their email, number no longer in service. Called the website number, it rings 3 or 4 times then call is cancelled from their end. Tried to call now over a dozen times same result. Chat bot on website does not work just gives automated answers. My advice don't use this company. Now contacting my CC company to withhold payment. If this does not work its the CCJ route.

Complete lack of customer service

There is a long wait time on splashbacks as others have pointed out, but this is clearly stated on their website.
Unfortunately mine was smashed when it arrived. At the time of writing this was 18 days ago. These things happen, but what is unacceptable is that since then I’ve emailed twice, called and left a message (phone number goes straight to voicemail) and messaged via their web chat. There’s been no response and I’m worried I’m not going to get my money back.
I would not recommend a company that seems to have no customer service!

Very poor service

Ordered a splashback on 19 Feb 2022. Since refusing delivery of a very obviously broken splashback on 8 March, we have received no response to emails, and phone calls go to voicemail. All we have for our £203 is some silicone sealant.

Measured our 2 splshbacks in our new…

Measured our 2 splshbacks in our new kitchen and sent the order online. Both splshbacks came back in 3 weeks, packed very safely, and exact to the millimetre. Fitted myself, so easy, in 15 minutes. Excellent service. Thanks. Steve Harper
