Withholding my withdrawal & not responding to emails...

On 25th April I withdrew:£280 to my neteller account.
I have wrote multiple emails asking where is happening about my withdrawal. Every time you responded you were EXTREMELY RUDE AND VERY DISRESPECTFUL I asked you to investigate further and your just keep sending standardized emails and not replying to me individually..... Today is 6 days and I have still not received my money!.

Stop being rude and start investigating!

I got my winnings and I wanted to withdraw but Sportsbetio disabled my account. I cannot withdrawal any of winnings or even get access to my account. I can no longer log in with the details I made it with, both my username and my email. When I tried to use forget passport with my email and date of birth, they told me I have no account in their systems which is ridiculous. Please do check and get back to me. The truth is the I had accounts in ole777 , betnation, betvision , sportpesa and all they made some profit for me, There is a disgraceful manager Flavio who put me in the system so now on as soon I open account somewhere else - it is been automatically closed down. This attitude is absolutely disgrace and I will forward this to IBAS and Gmabling Comision as they stopped answering my emails. This comany is prbably the worst I have ever used for gambling.

Payment not made. Avoid at all cost!
I have just tried out the gaming on this site and was lucky enough to win 7k+ with a few lucky bet. I then tried to withdraw the money, and was assured by their customer service my account is verified and withdrawal will be completed next day. I was also told my account fully verified.

Then to my horror, my account was then frozen the next day, unable to log into my account and no email to inform why my account was frozen. Then I finally manage to go on the chat to the speak to the customer service only to be told because my game is under review. I been told I needed to do nothing and funds will be paid soon. Then 2 days later I contacted them and only be told they need extra documents so I sent it to them. Eventually I got an email saying account review is done and account reopened and withdrawal will be processed the same day. Guess what, no the withdrawal is still pending up to today and it has not been processed at all. They even told me it was mis-communication to say the withdrawal will be processed that very day my account was reopened.

And now this is 6th day after withdrawal made and yet still being told withdrawal is still pending and under review and the customer support effectively just say keep waiting and nothing can be done when I was promised the next day, then the next 48 hours, then the same day, then nothing and now is waiting forever without anymore update.

This is ridiculous and appalling treatment from SportsBetIo UK. It does look like a desperate attempt to avoid the payout. This not the end and I will exhaust every revenue including legal help until SportsBetIO UK made the payment.

Update : After some heavy complaint and escalation and days of delay the payment has finally been made.

I opened an account with these and I did the welcome offer. Surprise, surprise I didn't win anything.
I went on to log into my account months later for the first time since opening it and was promptly told that my account had been closed.
I quickly realised that along with the other scum bookmaker Betvision, this lot are part of the group that include Fun88 & TLCBet.
I had my Sportsbet.io and Betvision accounts closed solely because I requested withdrawals from Funn88 and TLCBet.
Is this against the law? Withdrawing your funds. No reason whatsoever to close people's accounts down for nothing.
Strange how they can shell out Millions of pounds to have theur stupid name plastered over Watford FC's shirts etc yet they close your account down when you have done nothing wrong.
