Stated ships in 3 to 5 days.
Checked my order through their phone system yesterday bc their online status progress still said processing, and as they were closed, identified the cell i was calling from said my order will ship 2026/6/23. I pressed 1 to repeat. 2026/6/23. Five and a half months to ship!!!!
This is NOT happening. Extremely deceptive. Not recommended. They should be investigated.
They do not stand behind their products.
Got handed down a Framed Derrick Rose autographed photo which was specially framed and certified by Sports memorabilia. Over the years the frame got damaged. I reached out to them to see if I could get it reframed. I was even willing to ship it myself and pay whatever the cost would be. They refused to help me saying that since it was purchased before 2011 and because I didn’t have the original order number I was S.O.L. Terrible experience and service. They should back their products!
Item Not Received
Ordered a helmet case on 11-29 with an estimated delivery of 12-15.
Order status was still pending after the 15th, called in. Received new shipping date of Jan 9.
Called back on Jan 21. Was told would receive an email within 48 hrs with an update. Next day received email telling me my cancelation request is being processed.
Called back in. Order was being canceled because item was out of stock. Funny thing is their website says in stock, ships within 5 days. Was told website would update soon but it has said in stock since I originally bought it.

Forged signature!
I purchased a Derek Jeter signed 8x10 from this company back on February 9, 2016. I just found out today the autograph is actually forged. Fake!!! I wouldn’t feel comfortable purchasing from Sportsmemorabilia.com in the future.
SM holo#T247989 even shows in their database. After the latest Mister Mancave scandal, everyone should seek second opinions for items in their collection, ‘authenticated’ or not. There is a ton of counterfeit items out there…

I ordered an autographed plaque for my brother's birthday and I paid an extra $25 for Rush delivery which stated that it would be here by my brother's birthday. It did not show up for my brother's birthday and when I contacted sportsmemorabilia.com they stated that it would take an additional 10 days. When I asked why I paid the extra $25 for rushford delivery if it's going to take more than 10 days. They had no answer and wouldn't even refund the additional $25. Clearly this company is run terribly and they do not do good business. Do not order from them. They are completely unprofessional. I will go anywhere but them going forward. Terrible business and I will also be reporting them to the better Business bureau.
Fake,Unreliable and Untrustworthy
About six weeks ago, my wife bought a costly gift for me from their store, hoping it would arrive in time for Christmas. Now, on Christmas Eve, we still haven't received it. After reaching out to them, she learned that the item was never actually in stock. Over the last month, she had made numerous calls and was repeatedly told that it would arrive on schedule. This news has left her feeling heartbroken.
It's hard to fathom a company that could be more indifferent and unreliable, especially in a field where trust is crucial.
I am very disappointed
I am very disappointed. Order got delayed w/out any notification and ruined Christmas for my daughter. I ordered something for my daughter for Christmas on 12/9 and when I placed the order they said it would ship by 12/12 and I would receive it by 12/17. I received an email saying it shipped and all was fine (with no tracking number, which was another mistake on their end) and when I looked into it on 12/19 and called them, I found out it wasn't going to arrive until after christmas. Their customer service offered me no kind of resolution at all. I asked if I could order something else and have it expedited, could they call UPS and get this expedited. They simply said I had to call UPS. And of course UPS has no desire to help me since this was not their mistake to begin with. its too late to order from somewhere else and now I can't get the only thing my daughter asked for christmas. So disappointed. will never shop here again.
Pure bait and switch
Pure bait and switch! Item ordered was not the same as item shipped. Customer service very difficult to contact via phone (45+ minutes in queue). Order was not cancelled despite request to do so. No return/refund policy for item was not disclosed during online ordering process.
Pricing for this site is horrible
Pricing for this site is horrible. Changes all the time and when they run a sale, they jack up the prices to make it seem like you’re getting a deal. Dealing with them on eBay is just as bad as they also raise the price and then offer you a sale. Very deceptive.

I ordered a jersey with them and they “voided” my order first with out contacting me before doing so and when I contacted them about it they said it was to prevent fraud and the money will be back in my account in 1-5 buisness days it’s been over a week and I still have yet to see the money back and keep getting sent in circles. I had to contact my bank for them todo a fraud investigation for an order that was almost 1k.

Heartbroken. Thousands were spent on a signed ball that has almost no signature. Have been calling for years but customer service has never helped.

I ordered an item. They shipped three. I spoke to them both by phone and email and left them know I only wanted the one item. That the other two were still in the package and I would return to them. They strung me on for a couple of weeks then told me that wouldn’t do a return. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone
