Ordered new uniform for the crew and…
Ordered new uniform for the crew and all t-shirts shrunk to the point of being unusable, despite following the care instructions.
Was invited to read the blog entry on how to prevent shrinkage as a remedy for the complaint.
Shame, really, but perhaps they dont need the orders from small companies. Won't be buying again.

We did respond with guidance to help resolve the issue and offered advice around garment care, as cotton products can behave differently when being washed.
We are always happy to support our customers with advice, both before and after ordering, and would be glad to help recommend suitable garment options in future, even if not supplied by us. Fabric choice can make a big difference, and poly cotton blends can offer greater stability and reduce the risk of shrinkage over 100% cotton.

Right from the start everything was easy and full email support was given to get the design just right. The products arrived on schedule and are extremely high quality.
One product had a slight error, but the team got it sorted asap.
Overall I’m extremely pleased with my order and impressed with the service provided.
I’d Highly recommend them if you’re in need of branded work wear!

Hats off to this company. Absolutely top tier professionals from the minute I ordered to my order being delivered.. they were on the phone to me discussing options for my logo and suggesting ideas not long after placing the order and explaining everything so well on the process and what happened after. They sent me my designs and got to work on my order just before the weekend on friday.. it’s not tuesday and i’ve just received my order and it is perfect and delivered well under their target time frame! All round amazing company from their customer service to their products and designs. Will definitely be using again

Superb customer service from start to finish. Visualisations were great to see before production and the final products even better in reality.
