Exactly as other people have…

Exactly as other people have experienced by that SRA. I was told by one of them that they were not going to investigate CEL solicitors for abandoning my case against D&J Roofing Midlands Ltd who go under fake addresses namely 246 Stratford Road Shirley Solihull B90 and Spalding Lincolnshire. They also go under fake names like Roof care and Proclad professional plastics and roofing Halesowen and Bristol. No day in court just dropped my case at the whim of the corrupt lying financial ombudsman. That SRA never even gave a reason neither did that CEL where the one over them said we did not abandon you ? Yes they certainly did abandon me and gave fake platitudes about the county court judge finding in my favour. She said that she was glad and then added that she couldn't quite read it or make it out?Lies lies and more lies. They solicited me for a good review without even earning it and ever before doing anything which was nothing then left me hanging out to dry. The advertise themselves by saying that we defend the victims of crime by seeking justice for the fraud which was committed against the innocent people who have been robbed we defend the rights of people who have been wronged ? No they do not! They did not defend me after making a promise that they would and for a twenty five percent fee if they win the case in a no win no fee. That financial ombudsman isn't a magistrate so why did they treat that lying corrupt individual as one ? A court appointed judge found in my favour then that SRA said that they wouldn't investigate when it was clear that they had breached what is ethical meaning fair honest and decent unlike that vermin that robbed me. It took three weeks nearly for that West Midlands police to come out yet an individual in Solihull who had only half the amount of money robbed from him they rushed out like grease lightening and made the vermin pay it back what they had stolen they did no such thing for me I had double the amount of money stolen from me nearly. A neighbour phoned up the police for that individual. I told that Lloyds bank but they wouldn't phone the police for me and I was insultingly abused after the phone call by one of the criminals eaves dropping. They were not only abusive and insulting but also vandalised my roof and stole my money in what they described as a free no obligation quotation then started to rip the tiles from my roof before I even knew about it liars and thieves.

Very helpful

The SRA gets a lot of criticism from solicitors and while I understand this the service I received today was excellent. I had a problem logging into the new solicitors website. I am a complete idiot when it comes to IT but the two people to whom I spoke at the SRA were patient and extremely helpful. I am most grateful.

SRA Solicitors Regulation Authority UK

SRA Solicitors Regulation Authority UK

Before I began my court case,I was encouraged by solicitors to pursue it, I was optimistic that Justice existed. I know now how foolish, gullible and naive I was to trust in the system. I never knew there was such an entity as a corrupt solicitor/s, corrupt process, blatant disregard for Court procedure etc., -Unfortunately, I became a victim of professional misconduct.

However, I 100% believed that when I presented the fraud & crime to SRA it would be dealt with in an honest manner. Sadly, I was to understand that there is no justice. SRA backed corruption, that was obvious to a child.

I stumbled upon a huge can of worms, and collusion runs deep.

Any authors who want to write about this, Id be pleased to assist in exposing crime that I witnessed first hand.

If court can be avoided, I’d advise never to visit one. Unless you have studied Law yourself. I hope that there is reform soon.

There are other avenues to pursue. Bar Standards fare no better - it protects its own and even with evidence they become blind and deaf.

If you have question’s please ask :

Criminals protecting criminals

Criminals protecting criminals - that sums it up.

They claim if a lawyer lies to the court, cheats, advises their clients to lie and hide their assets, make accusations without evidence, then the solicitor is doing her job! Bravo! I have their letter and all the evidence. Another wasteful organisation to give the veneer that family courts are not corrupt.

To the SRA. It is a crime to cover up a crime.

It is a crime to cover up a crime. I honestly believe that the Solicitor's Regulation Authority (SRA) are not fit for purpose. The basis of this view is my experience of their suspected deliberate use of delays in refusing to deal with complaints which would hold solicitors to account for failing to act on concerns raised regarding actual financial, psychological and physical abuse of a vulnerable adult. They deliberately had their rules weakened in 2019 to excuse them from the costly 'inconvenience' of any kind of duty of care over their clients. Now they can't or won't do anything when solicitors enable and ignore domestic abuse so they just employ delay tactics and conduct half-hearted and incomplete reviews. This runs directly against intent of the Domestic Abuse Act 2021. Yes, delays can now be used intentionally as a weapon against whistleblowers. This tactic, often referred to as "stonewalling" or "delaying tactics," can be a form of retaliation, undermining the whistleblower's efforts and discouraging them from continuing to speak out. I think they wanted me to fade away or give up. Good luck with that one. We are all responsible for our behaviour to others, solicitor or not.

Full of fraud waste of money

SRA is fraud it’s a set Up game for all legal worker to protect the crime . I had clear case to win was clear fraud case and my solicitor set Uk the case in the middle before court they submit wrong information to CP18 after even written emails . Put wrong on court submission in the court room judge pointed why was not correct before the court ! But before the the court hearing solicitor drop out for. In case I have to pay 14 k to take my file to 2nd solicitor less then 10days of court hearings ! It was wrong way submit my case to court file by the solicitor , after judges comment with full evidence rejected case to SRA but they ignore the fact law and comment of judge & evidence of emails for the answer was wrongly submitted to court file , still SRA did but find the solicitor did wrong !
They ignore all evidence and allow this scam solicitor farm to practice in public who is very dishonest .
Try to avoid the solicitor farm person hard in new Malden if you can Also SRA and regulator body who is head of crime supporter .
Totally waste of time and destroying public faith and head of revoke for personal gain .
I use to proud of our justice system now I list it all because it’s a game there is no justice is just game waste or money energy and faith .
Our legal system need to fixed for better future and all the Correption need to go away remove all bad people from position is best I think .
SRA is fraud as well as our legal system .

I asked where is form showing legal aid…

I asked where is form showing legal aid application from sra. They said ask solicitor. I asked solicitor, they fail to reply. Because the form is fraudulently filled, I have limited proof, but no one shows the form.

Legal aid is allowed for family law due to social engineering. And sra and solicitors are turning a blind eye to it and allowing legal aid for people who can't speak English and make hearsay claims of violence and getting barristers to represent them in court to tell the other parent, that they have rights to restrict the other parent from seeing their children. Plus legal aid helps with divorce too. They milk the system and string it out so it taking 3 years so far and I'm not legally allowed to see my own child. No where in law is there a time limit to see your children...it is criminal and modern day slavery for them to do this and allow this under the umbrella of law

The Chief Executive of the SRA is Negligent in his Duty.

The Chief Executive of the SRA is Mr Paul Philip.
Formal Complaint Against SRA for Theft and Fraud Ref.No. RGC 000132950

As we are court-appointed Deputies thus we are first-hand witnesses to the widespread theft and fraud committed by solicitors who are SRA members amounting to many £millions, our alone is in the region of £1,700,000.00+

It is the responsibility of the SRA to address formal allegations of widespread fraud and theft by your SRA members, the SRA have failed to act or respond under their mandate to keep client funds in a segregated account. The Chief Executive of the SRA is Mr Paul Philip is negligent in his duty, totally.

SRA is another con same as the Legal Ombudsman in this country

SRA is another con same as the Legal Ombudsman - it is time investigative journalists take over - it took them over 2 months to forward my conveyancing records after a practice closed down (I had to fill in tons of forms) - they always sound authoritarian, arrogant and ignorant - they are a bunch of thugs in suits trying to intimidate, fob and mislead the general public - it is a travesty - same as courts that take ages to do anything despite charging the earth - also they never answer any questions - not interested in your cheap excuses - most firms are there to blackmail people for cash - advocacy provided is a joke - QED as they say in Latin - a waste of space in English

Farcical

Just called the SRA asking what requisite documentation a client must sign before instructing a solicitor and what information, documentation and identification the client must provide. Was advised this fell under the category of "legal advice", my questions wouldn't be answered and that I should seek "independent legal advice". I explained I wasn't seeking legal advice, just clarification of what rules solicitors regulated by the SRA must follow. Same answer - "seek independent legal advice". This would be comical if it wasn't so troubling. The SRA refuses to advise the public what rules solicitors they regulate must follow.
