I made on order on the 17th of May 2025 and still haven’t received it yet, it was from a facebook ad! Sent an email last week and no response!! And no phone number to call. Definitely scammers

Excellent customer service
I was warned within a very short time of ordering that there may be a slight delay in delivery due to low stock. This was a telephone conversation, it was polite, prompt and fully explained the situation, offering the option to cancel. I was in no hurry so let the order stand, the order actually arrived, in full, within 5 or 6 working days.

Ordered two of the same product, only one was in stock at that time so instead of just cancelling my order or something along those lines, I was phoned and given options to get a get a refund or to receive an alternative product. order arrived on time and couldn’t be happier

Missing item
Package turned up and was missing one item. Parcel was open when It arrived. Emailed the company back and haven't had a reply. Wouldn't even think about buying anything from them again.
