No replies to emails / course not matching description/ very limited access

I had one relatively positive experience buying a course Served. It was quite interesting but mainly motivational. I didn't mind that, but I knew i'm going to only use it for motivation.
Reason i'm writing now is that I bought Making if the offer course. It is behind the scenes about making a new offer. Marketing was all about how this is going to show her sinking process about making the offer and launching it. In reality, I could not get through the first few videos, because everything was about your baby health lifestyle etc. I understand that it's part of the process, but definitely not the main one. So I couldn't waste time on this. And waste it till it ended to see the main bits of information. However, I received the letter saying the axeis is going to close very soon. I wrote the name email asking, why and that?I was planning to seed in my own time and explained the reasons. I mentioned that I did not ask for a refund while the course clearly did not match the description.Because I trusted Stacey and wanted to see the end of it. I got no reply then I wrote another email and no reply again. The whole facebook group is a bunch of admirers, people who really adore her and praise every word.
No questions or comments asking to explain something or sharing something other than admiration are ever attended to. She generally does not reply to anything at all.
My expectation of a facebook group of course, was that the idea is communication since it's happening in social media. But all I saw was just praising Stacey and nothing else. No Stacey present.
So now i'm stuck with a course that I paid for, not matching advertising, always now access and though replies from anyone.
I can't help but feel scammed.

The biggest issue for me is not a loss of money for this course, it's a lot of trust altogether, which devaluates my previous experience as well.

The company acts this way, no information can possibly be trusted.

So I believe I was scammed for 500£ overall.

Not worth at all: 200k mastermind

I was in Stacey Boehman‘s 200k Mastermind where she claims to give proven strategies on how to build a business that makes 200k a year. I was already at that level, but hoped to get strategies how to make it sustainable. I was surprised to find out that

1. it’s mostly mindset coaching, hardly any strategies
2. whatever goes wrong, she blames people’s thoughts- super high pressure and guilt for not having the right mindset
3. there are cult-like rules for ppl in the mastermind. e. g. not to talk about her in a critical way with anyone. people were scared of being kicked out because they would express a doubt even to a friend.
4. whatever money you make she takes credit for. even if you already made that kind of money before you joined.
5. when asking the “wrong” question in the facebook group she can get really snappy. I once asked something about benchmark numbers in our industry and she questioned my mindset.
6. I know people who needed therapy after investing with her and feeling burnt. There are people inside who go deep into debt, because they think they need to be “in the room” in order to succeed. But round after round they stay at the same revenue.
I know from the 2mio. group 2022 most of them resigned and had to fight to get their money back.
7. The worst for me was to find out that even for an investment of 25k (plus travel and luxurious hotel expenses) for 6 months of mastermind I was just a number amongst 200 people. I was not coached by Stacey once, I did not get feedback on my business questions and I had to deliver more than they were serving me.

Final remark: I like her podcast. It’s better than her paid programs.

Stay clear

I was an avid follower of Stacey from 2019 -mid 2021. I joined her 2k program and got value out of it at that time and reached my goal of increasing my revenue to where I wanted it to be. Months later though the practices she taught in 2k started coming crashing down on me.

I became burned out (because Stacey teaches to work when it’s best of the clients) to a point where I had to slow down for over a year, spent thousands to heal my nervous system, and my business took a huge hit. I was also sued by a client (she lost and rightfully so) but in that process it became very clear how the sales tactics Stacey taught me are manipulative.

In the years since distancing myself from her, I’ve seen her become less and less open to ANY feedback as more and more of her clients see some of the things I saw in 2021. We all make mistakes and grow, but Stacey sees no fault in her practices

First time ever requesting a refund

I’ve never in my life requested a refund from a program but in my opinion Stacey didn’t deliver what the marketing promised. I am posting here after listening to a very disturbing podcast (the Dream season 3 Bonus ep 2: caller episode) which contains a very heartbreaking account from someone’s partner who I believe was in 200k mastermind and lost $50,000 to Stacey Boehman (They don’t name Stacey in the podcast but this story was very similar to other events I witnessed in the Mastermind and in my opinion this happened in 200k). The podcast tells a very sad story of someone who joined 200k and although this person hadn’t signed a client in a year her coach (which on my opinion is Stacey Boehman) allegedly told her to put another $25,000 on her credit card for a second round of the program. The story ends with her not being able to afford medical care. I believe Stacey advising people going into debt to pay for 200k so they can make millions is predatory and I saw similar behavior when I was in the 200k mastermind. I found the culture of pay Stacey no matter what to be very disturbing. I felt sick listening to this pod episode and I hope if you are considering joining you listen to it and search for Stacey on life coach snark on Reddit. Stacey likes to show the flashy stories on her podcast but I saw MANY people in 200k mastermind making way less than 100k a year and paying Stacey round after round because she teaches you paying for high level mentoring is how you guarantee your own success. At our live event she told us the Mastermind is a “top line expense” and we should pay for it over paying ourselves and any other business expenses. When I joined the sales page clearly stated it was a 6 month program but after you join she tells you it’s a 3 year program and you should commit to doing 6 rounds of it. This is very problematic because the people in there do not have the profit margins to support spending $50,000 a year on mindset coaching (I would not consider this a business strategy course there’s nearly nothing in it from a business standpoint). I believe there are many people who have been financially taken advantage of in 200k mastermind.

The info below was emailed to Stacey in my refund request which was denied. I’ll paste what will fit here and post the entire email on Reddit. Everything included in this review and in the email are my opinions.

Misleading Guarantee: In an email I received on August 16th, 2021, Stacey claimed, "We don’t accept coaches in more than one business program as our program is 100% guaranteed. You either make 25k, or we give you your 25k back." This statement led me to believe that the program was risk-free, with a money-back guarantee if I didn't see a return on my investment. However, after joining, I realized that making any $25,000, regardless of its source, was considered meeting the guarantee. This surprised me because I assumed that everyone accepted into this Mastermind would already be close to or exceeding $200,000 in revenue. This meant there was no genuine guarantee for me as I had an established business making over $200,000 annually before joining.

False Minimum Earnings: Marketing emails boldly claimed, "You ARE paying $25k and you ARE making $200k - at a minimum - for the rest of your career." However, our final reporting showed that over 70 individuals in my class made less than $200,000, directly contradicting the promised minimum earnings guarantee.

Access to Coaching: In an email dated January 5th, 2022, Stacey assured, "Will I be coached by Stacey? The simple answer is: YES. If you raise your hand. We always get to everyone who raises their hand." However, this was objectively untrue. All group calls coached by Stacey were consistently terminated after exactly one hour, except for a two-hour bonus call at the end of the program even though people still had their hands raised and did not receive coaching. Additionally, our weekly calls were not all led by Stacey they were led by 200k or 2 million dollar group members which was not mentioned on the sales page or any of the marketing materials when I purchased. This was not mentioned on the sales page or in the email. The marketing claimed I would be coached by Stacey and that she would coach every person on the call. However, on every call, numerous participants raised their hands but did not receive coaching, contrary to the promise made in the marketing.

Read Sara Nesbach's review

Read Sara Nesbach's review. It's right on target. For me personally, it was a big waste of $40K that would have been better invested in just about anywhere in my business. Especially because $15K of it was in the form of 3 $5K payments I made ahead of time for the next round of 200K, which they refused to return.

A live event kicks off the 6-month program. While there, Stacey sells a payment plan that you can start immediately to secure your spot in the next round and forgo the application process.

She introduced this after selling the crowd on renewing every 6 months for 3 years and to ONLY work with her during that time.

While at the live event (which was beautiful but also extra $$ on top of the program price to attend live), I got caught up in the hype and signed up for the next 6 month round with my first payment of $5K.

Just over 2 months in, I knew I would NOT want to enroll for round two, investing in another $25K for another round of nonsense (again, Sara's post does an excellent job of spelling out how things work inside).

I wrote Stacey and asked for a refund for the $15K in payments I'd made for the round that doesn't even start for another 3-4 months.

After several back-and-forth messages, they continued to decline my request, stating that I did not meet the refund requirement. Mind you, I wasn't asking for a refund for the initial investment because I knew I didn't qualify, I was asking for a refund in pre-payments for a program I had not yet started and had zero intention of starting.

To this day, I never receied a refund. Instead, their solution was to try and upsell me into their $50K 2Million dollar group. No thanks.

Before I wrap up, let's talk about that "guarantee". The program is $25K and the guarantee states that if you don't make at least $25K in the container, you'll get a refund (as long as you meet all the requirements which are ridiculously extensive, and even then you're required to sign an NDA). But here's the thing. $25K is a significant investment that draws a specific crowd. Based on revenue the other coaches were making in the group (she requires you to post and share all your rev numbers for their tracking purposes), I'd estimate the at least 90% of everyone in the program, already make $25K in a 6 month period. Not because of Stacey's program but because they'd already built their business to that point and beyond. I personally made $200K in the 6 months prior to enrolling so most people would never qualify for the guarantee anyway.

This is just one more example of the shady, gas-lighting, manipulative tactics held so dearly at the Stacey Boehman corporation.

As a business coach, I found it disheartening to see a program designed to scale in such an unethical way. It wasn't about client results. It was all about the sales.

Detailed review of the various elements of 200k

Kick-off event:
The live events in person are very well executed, enjoyable, and formal.
The virtual event set-up is miserable and ableist.

Teachings:
The teachings are solid and the frameworks are helpful for anyone who hasn't had a strategic career or business-related career before. If you have, you don't need these.

Coaching Quality:
When Stacey coaches outside of enrollment periods live (which is rare), her coaching skill remains very high. She is generally present during enrollment and her coaching then boils down to "You should enroll again to get this cleaned up."
The current break-out coaches are sub-par at best, with one key exception.
The mindset coaches appear to be struggling coaches with limited professional experience and no exposure or skills past Life Coach School (and go read their reviews).

Facebook/on-demand coaching:
The Facebook page is mostly filled with people below 100K who do not have much professional experience.
Stacey does not coach consistently in the group, nor do the breakout group coaches. The majority of engagement I saw was either during the enrollment period or on fawning/celebratory posts.
The people with 100k+ incomes are running businesses and do not pay Stacey to then coach her clients.

Feedback:
Critical or corrective posts are deleted. Critical questions are ignored. Live negative feedback is answered with manipulative, shame-based responses (ie "choose better thoughts").

The emotional and operational skills of the 200k back office team lead much to be desired. Emails go unanswered, delivery of materials is delayed, tech is shoddy and unreliable.

Refund policy:
The refund policy requires significant CYA (cover your ass) activities and extensive reporting which goes unanswered. Should one qualify for a refund, one is required to sign a NDA.

Membership:
Members range between 25k and ~800k in reported revenue. Numerous people have secondary companies, full-time jobs, or are not coaches but consultants, course creators, and service providers.

During my time in 200k three people attempted to sell their product to me. I did report each. All three are still in 200k.

Numerous higher-level business owners use 200k as part of their funnel (marriage, sex, financial, and healing coaching).

Personal connection:
Stacey and team do not know who you are -- your name, business model, target audience, current struggles, or 3-year plan. You are expected to be resourceful and low demand.

DEI:
While the pictures are more diverse than many other environments, a number of the "lead" coaches, including Stacey Boehman, have recently been publically shaming, excluding, and using language that a more informed person called "dehumanizing" in a comment (June 2023).
As a disabled person, the language is frequently able-ist and white-centered. When I shared my feedback, I was asked to choose different thoughts.

Summary:
This is not a mastermind, it is a pyramid. Low quality, overpriced, based on strong, effective manipulative sales practices.
Customer service is predatory at worst, and ineffective at best.
Some people do indeed make a lot of money. That may be you. You can decide if it is worth it for you.
Good luck!

Estimated value:
I estimate the real-world, comparative value of the 200k to be between 4,000 and 6,000EURO/USD.

I recommend watching AngelaMBrowne's…

I recommend watching AngelaMBrowne's video on Instagram before purchasing any of Stacey's programs. Angela shares her experience attending one of Stacey's virtual events, where she encountered significant technical issues and received the wrong Zoom link. Unfortunately, she was removed from the Mastermind and denied a refund after speaking out about her experience on Instagram (Stacey kept her $25,000) It's disheartening to see someone as kind and articulate as Angela being treated poorly for sharing her honest feedback.
When I joined the 200k Mastermind, I was surprised to discover that many participants were earning less than $100k. Despite their limited revenue, Stacey encouraged them to continue investing in the Mastermind repeatedly, even though the cost didn't align with their business earnings. Stacey often emphasizes that overspending on coaching leads to faster results, but I personally witnessed no evidence of this in her program. In fact, I noticed that several individuals who were financially strained by the high ticket price ended up making even less money once they joined.

Furthermore, the 200k Mastermind had been sold to numerous individuals who couldn't afford it, creating a highly stressful environment that hindered meaningful high-level conversations. Stacey even advised someone who couldn't afford to continue in the Mastermind to take out a loan, putting their business at further financial risk. Personally, I felt like just a number in Stacey's program, and her customer service was the worst I've experienced compared to other programs. I repeatedly reached out to her team with logistical questions via email, but received no response. When I turned to the Facebook group for help, my post was deleted by her team.

I am now embarrassed that I paid $25,000 for Stacey's program, and I urge you to reconsider joining her paid offers. Stacey deletes any comments on social media that challenge her in any way, which raises concerns about transparency. If you want to gain insight into what her programs are truly like, I recommend checking out Reddit, where many individuals have shared their experiences. Additionally, watching Angela's video on Instagram will provide valuable firsthand information.
