Fluffy Gorgeousness…
This was just what I have been looking for. I am living here I am American and was never satisfied with any mix I could get.
I saw a display in our local Booths store and bought a box . I was waiting to be disappointed but the pancakes were wonderful and there was just enough for the 2 of us. Definitely will be buying more. I fancy the gingerbread .

Fluffiest pancakes ever!
I tried the vegan ones and they’re the easiest pancakes to make, the instructions are clear and they’re delicious sweet or savoury. I can’t usually be bothered to make pancakes but these are so fluffy and easy! Would 100% recommend

Excellent delivery and really tasty pancakes, much better than buying standard off the shelf mix. I underestimated the amount of butter required to make the batter, so be generous with your milk and butter, or it won't be runny enough.
