StairFurb Opiniones

Fantastic service from Stairfurb, from start to finish, the delivery was great, we checked everything was there and not damaged, the wood & glass is very good quality & made to a high standard, took just under 1hr to take out stair bannister out & fit new one, we are very happy with the finished product, it really does look lovely, highly recommend Stairfurb.

All the components were great quality and easy to use.
From start to finish everything went together well considering I had 5 newel posts on my staircase.
One little down side was the dowels that went into the hand rails weren't very easy to cut off, very short grain so had to use some oak filler on them.
Apart from that it has transformed my hall and stair case.
Thank you.
Steve Robinson.

Liked the ease of everything being cut to size but the handrail arrived badly bowed meaning the spindles did not fit in well and there was a lot of screws missing, base rail only recieved 3 instead of 7 and newel post screws was 2 short.

Excellent service, 1 on 1 step by step help when measuring, beautiful product, would definitely recommend

I would highly recommend Stairfurb to anyone even if they only have basic DIY skills. Stairfurb are professional and know their stuff. Easy process from start to finish and quick delivery. All measurements were spot on and so easy to fit. Great quality, price and looks amazing.

The customer service team are wonderful and always keep me updated with offers.
I was registered disabled last year and will eventually need to sell our family home to accommodate my disability and a new stairs would be a massive selling point.
Although the prices are fantastic they still are outside my budget but the customer service team have been world class helping me with quotes and nothing is too much of an ask - these are the people to go to - it’s not all about the money- they actually care, which is a rarity in this day and age.
Keep up the great work!

Excellent company to deal with. Whole process was easy from beginning to end. My staircase was complicated but am very happy with the result. Product is first class and the materials are excellent quality. Have no hesitation in recommending this company and would definitely use them again should the need arise in the future.

Really happy with my Stair Fab order. The whole process was good and easy, and the quality is excellent. The glass looks amazing and the stainless steel is really good quality too.

The delivery was really fast and the service was great from start to finish. I’m really pleased with how it’s turned out and would definitely recommend Stair Fab! 👍

Pretty straight forward from start to finish. Always replied promptly to my enquiries on chat.
Stairs went in perfectly but I did need to ‘fit’ them. Had to make a couple of alterations due to the existing newel posts not being perfectly plumb/square.
Very happy. And the stairs look amazing.

They lady taking the measurements was very helpful and informed, the kit arrived promptly and the instruction videos were easy to follow. For some like me with very average DIY skills, it was straightforward and the end result looks great!

My experience with Stairfurb was a breeze, from placing the order right through to the post-sale support. I have to admit, I wasn’t convinced that installing a staircase myself would be an easy DIY job, but I was pleasantly surprised!

The installation was much easier than I expected, and once everything was completed, the transformation looked fantastic. It has completely changed the look of my staircase, and I’m really chuffed with the result.

If I had to do it again, I absolutely would without hesitation, do it again with StairFurb!

Highly recommended. If you’re considering giving your staircase a makeover, go for it. You won’t regret it!

Really helpful company. Great quality and we have a wonderful new staircase. Can't recommend this company enough

Brilliant product and seamless installation. Great experience with StairFurb from start to finish. The staircase looks amazing and the quality is top-tier. A special mention to F&H Installations recommended fitting service Matt and Jack the installer did a fantastic job, worked cleanly, and ensured a perfect finish. Would definitely use them again!

Everything was so easy from start to finish and the end result is absolutely amazing.

Quality products and a helpful team of people to ensure that the order is corrrect before placing it. A highly skilled carpenter fitted the staircase parts for me and found the products easy to work with. I have a new staircase with both a modern and traditional twist now. I’m thrilled with it.

Professional and Efficient

The company did my friends staircase and it looks beautiful

Great product, good quality and looks stunning. Service was amazing. Thank you.

StairFurb were such an amazing company to purchase my new balustrade from; everything about them is so efficient and straightforward. The staff member on my video call was so helpful with showing me how to take the measurements, and just making the process so easy. I was surprised at how quickly my partner and I were able to install the new balustrade, as it took under 2 hours, but the instructions from StairFurb just made it so easy, especially when we are not experienced DIY’ers. We went with the oak rails and black spindles, and we have had so many compliments from guests at our home. Many of them are now considering purchasing their own. I can’t recommended StairFurb enough!

A fantastic company to deal with from the very start to the end.
The help provided on the video call ensured that all the measurements were spot on.
I needed one banister rail urgently due to an aged relative coming to stay with me they fully supported my request and delivered in 3 days.
The remaining items (stainless steel rails and glass fittings) were delivered on a date agreed by them and myself.
Fitting was dead easy using their instructional video even with my dodgy hip and knees. And the finished product fitted first time and looks great.
The quality of the product is excellent the delivery service was spot of.
We are so pleased with the new banister rails we are looking at their outside range to go round our decking.
