My first experience of ordering on standout and what a great experience, efficient and fast delivery and Roger really helped in dispatching the order for me before I went away. I Cannot recommend them highly enough. I’ll be back!

Order was delivered next day which was excellent. Returns paid for by Standout and they provide Royal mail collection. Customer service reply was prompt and polite. Other online retailers could learn a great deal from Standout Fashion. I will definitely be using them again. 10/10 service!

I stupidly forgot to put my house number on my order so my trainers were returned to sender. The company sent them back when I got in touch with no extra postage charge. Great trainers too and great value. Lovely customer service

First time ordering, I found the website easy to navigate. Order arrived very quickly and even though I had to return the 2 pairs of flip flops, I asked for a different size for one item and a refund for the other item which was handled quickly and efficiently. Refund was in my account the following day and I received my bigger size the day after. Excellent company, will definitely use them again.

Bought 3 Timberland Ts Order #2156308, after paying 99p (yes 99p) for delivery, received a notification of shipment 10 minutes later and the parcel arrived within 24 hours.

I bought 4 different jackets before I found the size/ style that suited me. Standout has loads of choice at great value prices. Return process is simple and refunds are processed quickly (other retailers take note!). All round fantastic service. I've used Standout before and will undoubtedly use them again soon.

Fast delivery, competitively priced and easy to order on the website. Ordered a pair of Lacoste Sliders that were a little too big when I tried them. Sent them back with a note requesting an exchange for a smaller size and within a few days the new size arrived and were perfect. Thanks and will definitely be ordering again!

Disappointing. I believe the product is genuine but the quality of the stitching is poor and faulty in places. It’s the type of quality you’d expect in an outlet store with discounted prices but not when you are paying full retail price.
