Starkey Opiniones 3

I purchased 2 hearing aids in October 2021 which have been a constant cause for frustration. Both aids have been replaced 3 times under guarantee, as has the charger once.The last replacement last week only 4 months since the last time.
I understand the problem is with the rechargeable batteries and this is a common problem.
Now the worst bit, I wrote to the managing director of Starkey UK on September 19th expressing my disappointment with the product and he couldn't be bothered to reply, unbelievably rude.
I've always understood that American companies offer outstanding customer service. Not so with Starkey

Starkey, entreprise américaine, pratique l'usure avec des tarifs prohibitifs!!!
Si les aides auditives semblent correctes, il en va tout autrement dès équipements annexes!
1) Le chargeur: la fiche de rechargement d'alimentation ne rentre pas entièrement dans l'appareil (becauze: ben Starkey n'a pas prévu de modèles adaptés aux pays européens! Bravo!
2) Prix d'un chargeur d'alimentation: 150 €!
Starkey prend les clients pour des vaches à lait!
Aucune autre entreprise n'aurait osé cela!
3) Système d'amplification de table et transmetteur tv/hifi:
On retrouve le même problème de compatibilité pour le chargement.
Impossible de relier le dispositif à la télé!
Starkey hands off! Go home!!!
