My recent property sale, facilitated by Starkings and Watson in the Brundall office, was completed very professionally . Every detail of the process was expressed clearly. The communication and access to the team was great. All the team that I had dealings with at the office did a great and professional job throughout the process. A special shout out to my sales progressor, Sarah Short, for taking the helm and getting me over the final hurdle(s). I believe that a fair amount of liaising behind the scenes was required. Her communication, professionalism and accessibility were always first class. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Brundall branch of Starking and Watson.

We had a very positive experience purchasing our first property through Starkings and Watson! Every staff member we dealt with was so friendly and helpful. Max showed us round the property to start with and was really lovely and answered all our questions, Charlotte was also extremely helpful during the offer process. Special mention to Rosie who was absolutely brilliant throughout, really quick to follow up at every stage and always so friendly and approachable. We have recently purchased a property through Starking and Watson and we can honestly say they are an amazing team. Looking at properties the sales team Sam and James were brilliant, with excellent knowledge of the area and always happy to help with any enquiries.

The after sales team Tracy and Sarah were lovely to speak to and always quick to respond to our enquiries and phone with updates on our sale.

But I have to give a special shout out to Sarah, she has been so amazing throughout our purchase, spending a lot of time making enquiries on our behalf and helping the chain stay together. Rosie has been absolutely amazing from start to finish. This was not the easiest purchase and there were quite a few stressful moments and delays along the way, but Rosie was always there, keeping us updated, chasing things up and doing everything she could to get us to completion.

My selling process was so long and I never once felt that S&W took their foot off the pedal. Kerri gave good sensible advice throughout and once I was passed to the Sales Progression Team all my contact was with Janet. I have sold 3 houses and I dont remember another estate agency offering me the service I had with Janet. She was calm, understanding very pleasant to deal with I must also mention Chris who updated me and steered me through the final week prior to exchange which was probably the most anxious for me.

The professionalism from the team was outstanding and I can honestly say if I was remaining in Norfolk I would never use a agent other than them to sell my property. I have highly recommended them to friends; it was the best decision I made in choosing them and sticking with them throughout the process.

We choose S & W a few mths ago after visiting them & 2 other est agents in Bungay. One was ambivalent, the other just oozed £ signs & S & W were a breath of fresh air. Dominic visited & we knew immediately we made the right choice. With the help of the Street app the brilliant team at Bungay kept us up to speed with visits, feedback & eventually offers. We never needed to chase. Then Sarah Short (based at Brundall I believe) took over providing us with weekly verbal updates during the sales process - liaising with our sols, the other sols in the chain. We loved the plain speak we got all through the process. Our PARTICULAR MENTION goes to SARAH SHORT...we felt safe in her hands; though we will call in at the Bungay office soon with a token of our appreciation.
Starkings & Watson are top drawer & we will recommend unhesitatingly. Lots of organisations & institutions these days are often so-so at best having to chase to get clarifications & info...there's often a feel of doing their jobs for them. S & W no way fall into that category. S & W, along with our sol's Norton & Peskett in Beccles have the whole process of selling a property super smooth. We'll done both!

A very helpful lady accompanied us to our viewing of a property. She even phoned us to explain she would be a couple of minutes late due to traffic problems. She seemed to know the relevant information regarding the property.

The Poringland lettings team were so helpful and speedy at getting us into the house we loved. Couldn’t think of a much better experience.

The Costessey office were extremely professional from start to finish. It is all we could really ask for.
The valuation by Harry was honest and transparent, no messing about and even though the initial percentage rate quoted was rejected by us (he was a chancer!) the branch clearly wanted the business and a more favourable rate was negotiated that met our expectations.
We sold in a little over 24hrs.
Stephen at the branch was a font of all knowledge and advised us with regards to offers and likely outcome on our eventual purchase, despite having nothing to do with that sale. Bravo and many thanks.
Janet worked so hard as we neared completion. We did put some pressure on her to drive the deal through and ensure that all parties were as committed as we were. The first time buyers at the beginning of the chain tested everyone’s patience, but with professional tenacity Janet shone through and made our feelings clear, the games ceased being played as a result. Great experience selling with Starkings. From accepting the offer to moving only took 10 weeks. Rosie was amazing throughout, supported me every step of the way and made the whole thing so much easier.
I probably gave Rosie more reasons to need a glass of wine than she'd normally have liked, but I really appreciate everything she did to help get us moved.
I never want to move again, but if I did, I'd definitely want Rosie progressing my sale again!
