Wish I knew when ordering it was coming from Spain
It took longer than expected but thanks for keeping me updated

The ordering and delivery went fine. You are a good company to do business with.
I really wish the eye I received was the one in your ads. The iris does have a nice look to it. However, I was not expecting for the eye to be made of plastic. The eye does not show any of the detail that is depicted in the ad. Not worth the amount you are charging for it.

I love the product. It definitely was described well on the website. I was hesitant, not having heard of the company before, but it’s a very good quality wallet. My only reason for not giving 5 stars was that the delivery took 2 weeks and it wasn’t free. I almost forgot that I had ordered it.

The daily updates on the status of this order was above and beyond and tracking I've ever seen! The wallet arrived yesterday and I am thrilled with the quality and design. Thank you so much!

Product arrived on time and communication on product deliver was outstanding.

First of all, it took 23 days to arrive (all the way from Italy!). Secondly, I ordered two wallets - one as a gift and one for me. Upon close inspection, the gift one appears to be fine. However, the one for me has very weak magnets and will not stay closed. I will not be ordering any more wallets from this company.

The product is much cheaper looking in person than in the photos and the eyeball does not sit correctly on the stand.

My kit did not include the power strips. I ordered 2 kits and I did not receive the power strips. I would like to get them if at all possible.

I like the products I ordered; quality seems good. However the time it took from ordering to receiving was way too long-13 days! And I wasn’t updated enough.

Great communication while the order was processed and shipped. Product arrived pretty fast for being international. The sink baskets work as they were advertised to do.

Price is reasonable; quality seems very good. I haven't yet used the wallet to see how well it withstands wear.

Although the box arrived in less than perfect shape, the contents were fine.

The customer service is good.
It would be nice to know you are ordering from a foreign country before you place your order on Facebook. The consumer thinks you are ordering CONUS and the package should ship within a reasonable amount of time. Then once the order is placed you find out it is not coming from the US and there is a long wait for your purchase.
