Please do not eat at Akaya Lounge. The manager is highly deceptive and refuses to pay the employees their hard-earned money, while the owner lives off this dirty, unethical income. They force staff to work by making false promises. They have even blocked bad reviews on their website out of fear because they know the truth about their exploitation."

Amazing food @steakoutharrow excellent service and very family friendly

Our server was Teofelo, and unfortunately the service was dreadful.

The restaurant itself was dirty and unpleasant. It wasn’t busy, yet tables were sticky, surfaces looked unclean, and there was a strong, unpleasant smell — like dirty mop buckets or raw sewage. For a restaurant at this price point, basic cleanliness should be a given. This was my sixth visit, and the first time I’ve experienced it in such a poor state — sadly, it will also be my last unless there is a significant improvement in cleanliness and hygiene.

I was served a fillet mignon that was in poor condition, with visible fat, which I questioned. I was initially dismissed, but after asking to speak to the server in charge, a replacement was quickly offered.

I chose this cut for the quality, and pay the extra for this.

By then, however, my partner’s food was getting cold, so she had to eat separately.

Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing — poor hygiene, poor service, and poor value for money. I won’t be returning.

I would like the manager Zahid Khan to contact me on this forum to discuss futher.

Walked in, made us wait so long in an empty restaurant with 2 staff. We ended up walking back out. Why open if you cannot serve customers due to lack of staff.

First thing you should do is, come say hi, il give you few minutes then il come take your order. A welcome feeling. Instead they ignored us.

Well won’t be going back there again.

Visited Steakout in Slough. The waiters and waitresses were polite and all. Took down our order. Only to find out there are no milkshakes available. Then food comes and comes chunky chips, when we ordered fries, only to be told that there are no fries. Didnt tell us 1st, they just went ahead and ordered chunky fries for us. The Pulled Angus beef burger was so hard and crispy that the taste was awful. The chicken steaks we ordered were tough and hard. Told the waitress when paying for bill and all she had to say " sorry about that". Then the next day, all of us had tummy issues. Will not be visiting steak out again ever....!!!

Takes too long but 10/10 steak

Doesn't serve alcohol, the steak was over done, I asked for rare and got medium/well done, huge difference, I didn't send it back because I was short on time and wanted to go somewhere else that does serve alcohol as it was my birthday, Heinz tomato sauce bottle on the table had clearly been refilled many times with who knows what brand? I took a picture of the greasy bottle but can't upload on here. Disappointed 😞

Friendly service but a bit of wait sometimes

We sat in with family and five people came in and asked steakhouse to remove my family from the area we were sat in.. there was 15 of us. We had already ordered. This was the worst experience ever. Please don’t go to this restaurant as they are very rude and use lying techniques. Some of wealthy Middle Eastern men who had no manners asked their management to remove us. They preferred the gang of Middle Eastern, men over us as a family. They were rudely came in later. in the end, we had to walk out as it created distress within our own family. We were all looking forward to a great evening and they spoiled it. I hope by reading my experience you don’t go there as they are people who prefer Rich Middle Eastern shakes. I also hope and pray that their business doesn’t run after how they treating my family. I’m a person who suffers from anxiety and they let me down and my family and children.. over a few Middle Eastern men that they could’ve Turned away or found some spare chairs and tables for.. they broke all the table manner, rules and etiquettes.

I went with my family on the 9th of February 2024 to steakout in slough however I have been there alot of time but this time we went for a birthday party and me and my family had ordered all the same food and the next day we all ended up getting food poisoning I had told the restaurant about this and they denied the fact that there food was off no customer service or any sort of compensation towards this for a big name like that you expect abit of professional service but instead they ask for me to provide proof for all nine of us to show medical proof which is a joke please guys don't go there as there steak is off and been left out for a long time for people to eat.

My favourite restaurant! Great food!

I ordered sirloin steak and rice with them at the Norbury branch. They delivered half food then ignored me with no refund. How’s this fair? I ordered through delivery, called the restaurant to notify them as well. Never buying from here again.

This is the Best Restaurant in Town! Clean and neat. Friendly staff and helpful Service!!! Where Can I find somone who Worls there?????

Food was very good and I had ordered the SirLoin Steak which is a 340g version.

Food came out fresh and spectacularlury juicy at medium rare which is a astonishment.

We checked out prices online and thought ok, it's reasonable. We called in and lady at Athens store said hold. We held for 23 minutes and hung up. We decided to drive there and when we got there two customers were in the parking lot and stopped us and said it's not worth it, these people are fired! We asked why and they said the employees are rude, false advertising and unprofessional. We laughed and went in. The prices were double ..a cheeseburger is $14.00, we about choked and the staff were very rude and did not care. We left and agreed with with the folks in the parking lot waiting on their food. This place is fired! Never, ever again will we give our business to 'Steakiout" in Athens, Al.

Absolutely fantastic food, amazing service, and great atmosphere.
A definite must visit for anyone in the area.
