Ordered some Clips for compact side panel and end panel clips to replace old broken ones. These where slightly thinner than the ones I replaced which made them easier to install and holds the panels in place just as well

I ordered some spare plastic parts to replace some that had broken during decorating, They were received quickly, though could have been protected more for transit to avoid possible damage.

I purchased one of your Stelrad 600mm x 400mm 1143BTU White Type 11 Convector Radiator from Screwfix on October 20th last year for my toilet / occasional shower room. Fitted it early November (so less than 6 months) but today noticed that there is rust appearing on the top of the front panel. Sent several photos to stelrad on 30th March but still no reply.

Radiator came bent.

Easy ordering of part on line. Quick delivery by courier. Could have been sent by Royal Mail at a fraction of the £5 courier fee.

Everything went smoothly as I hoped. The online ordering was straightforward and the super quick delivery was a bonus.
I haven’t had the radiators unpacked as yet, but they are packaged very well and there is no visible signs of damage.
So far so good, very happy..

Delivered on day notified although a couple of hours late. On checking tall radiator package contents discovered that brackets were wrong size. Discussed with customer services who agreed and despatch the correct brackets. Being fitted at end of April.
