Another SCAM report
Another SCAM report! Just today my bank declined a fraudulent Debit card purchase attempted by this company. I researched pharmacies in Europe last week as The Today Show did a segment on European sunscreen being much better than USA. Dumb me, I went searching online and suppose that’s how this European company hacked my debit card! I didn’t even use it! Very scary not knowing what else they may have hacked. The world has gone insane.

SCAM Alert
I did not want to leave any stars but in order to post, I had to rate. Beware, this company hacked my debit card 6 times in less than 48 hours. It started while I was checking out at Trader Joe’s and my card was flagged and denied. I am not sure if Trader Joe’s had been compromised.

Do not buy from this company
Do not buy from this company. They take your money, don't contact you for weeks and when you contact them to ask where your item is they say there was a mix up and the item is out of stock. They still have my £140.00.

Dreadful buying experience
Dreadful buying experience. Will never use again. Items not arrived. UPS tracking seems fake, advises it is going to be this day then that day. Would NOT recommend. 0 stars from me!!!

"Stichd" based in the Netherlands - Woeful company to deal with
Placed an order c.2 months ago. Several delivery updates from UPS and nothing. Rang Citystore aka Stichd chasing. Couldn't get any sense out of Stichd in the Netherlands. Asked they cancel the order and arrange an immediate refund. "No can do". Would need to contact UPS before they are able to do anything. Tried again a few weeks later. Nothing had changed....as woeful as ever. For anybody having a similar experience don't waste your time with this outfit. Arrange an immediate indemnity claim via your bank. Good luck...youll need it!!! Raised a Section 75. Wasted enough time on this. Problem solved.

Worst ecommerce company
Worst ecommerce company - they have no idea how to run a business. I ordered jersey from the mancity.com site and it took Stichd a whole week to let me know it was out of stock. Really can't believe Puma and the clubs use them at all - in the age of Amazon, this company is straight out of the 90s in how they run their ecom "business".
