Quality from start to finish
"I picked Stoake because of an earlier Which? recommendation and so want to reinforce that here. We had a Charnwood C five installed and really want to congratulate Nye and his teams for overcoming design problems (so we could safely keep an antique wooden surround) and for delivering a clean install on the agreed dates, with a reasonable lead time at the agreed price. They were clear from the outset about cost and the quality they delivered justified their price."

Called SIX times for a quote to supply and install a stove. Didn’t call me back once. Repeatedly dropped calls. Didn’t even bother to respond to a complaint. Try to help local businesses but they’re beyond frustrating.

I'm sorry to hear of your difficulty making contact with us on the phone. Our phone lines are often very busy. We always respond quickly to emails and we do our best to encourage new customers to fill in the contact form on our website. We then call you to discuss the project within 24 hours.

Such a pleasure to work with Nigel and…
What a brilliant experience. Such a pleasure to work with Nigel and his team at Stoake. From initial contact, quotation and specification, through fireplace and hearth reburbishment, installation and advice on using, they were exemplary. All the tradesmen were skilled in their craft, punctual, reliable and incredibly tidy. Left stove lit and burning beautifully. I would confidently recommend them to anyone.
