Awful no response and no product after 6 months initially said waiting for stock then nothing a total con steer clear

Avoid this Company!!!! Scammers

ordered 2 x Packs over £80 in August 2025 never received my order!!
Received various emails saying problems their end but my product is delayed but will be on the way!!
As soon as i asked for a refund after waiting 4/5 months they stopped responding to my email requests. There is No Prouduct these are SCAMMERS!!!! BEWARE AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!!!!!

Placed an order in September 2025 and still waiting for the order have received no reply even after asking on umpteen occasions for a refund. Company is a Scam and take my advice don't buy anything from this website as you wont be getting any product. I would be surprised if this even gets published.

It is a scam do not order anything from this company. They take your money and do not provide the product. Ordered in September 2025, numerous emails nothing received.
Is their product any good. No idea never received it. Thanks Stoicrootsus.com for robbing me.😡

Placed my order in August 25, as yet goods have not been received December 25.
I have emailed them on monthly basis.
First they state due to high volume they've had issue, they keep stating all orders will be meet.
You can get a refund, only once you receive the product.
Then in an email they state they are not a scam.
Still waiting, don't believe I'll ever see my order.
Stay well clear of this company

Don't buy from this company. You pay your money and never get the product.

Repeated emails asking for an update on delivery gets a response of them being sorry and promising a loose timescale for delivery.
Sadly, the product never arrives.
Crap company, AVOID THEM COMPLETELY.

I ordered two items on the 9th of September 2025. It is now Friday, the 19th of December and the items still have not been delivered. I contacted the company via email several times and its customer service department responded saying that the company was undergoing some kind of reorganisation, but my order was on the way. Nothing for weeks.
I contacted them again, this time asking for a refund and they have simply ignored me. Even if the company is reorganising itself, it should not take this long to have items delivered and ignoring a customer’s emails is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. It feels as if I’ve been scammed. And the lack of any response from the company to my requests for a refund reinforces the idea that this company is scamming people. Avoid.
