Good quality beds and mattresses at reasonable prices, and great service.

Although we live in the South, we always buy from the Southport store. We needed to buy another bed and Bensons and Dreams just wanted to sell me every add on and charge me delivery and on and on. What looked cheap, wasn't. And kept pushing me for delivery dates to close the deal. Stokers actually wanted to find me the best bed at the best price they could get me. And super friendly- "normal" not salesy service. Why would I not buy from them again?

We had used Stokers Chester once before to buy a sideboard, the service was then was excellent. When we decided we wanted another similar sideboard we went back to the Chester store where we were looked after by Steve H, he could not have been more helpful, he found the items we wanted on line and it was ordered promptly. We will definitely return to Stokers if we need more furniture and we will recommend the store to our friends and family.

I explained to Graham Bedworth my needs as I'm having surgery on my back so he talked me through the pros and cons of the stile for sofa I was interested. On returning to your Southport branch with my wife Graham recommend a different stile of sofer which did indeed result in a sale. So many thanks to Graham Clive&Bebe .

I visited Stokers in Chester for the first time, what a fabulous store., selling high quality top names in furniture . I was greeted by Julie Williams who was extremely helpful without being pushy, she showed me the various high back chairs I was interested in, I was then left to look around and once I had chosen one she assisted with the material samples, there were so many to choose from. Highly recommended, excellent customer service, thank you.

Lizzie and Julie at Chester were excellent. They did everything they could to help. Very pleased with the service.

I visited the Chester store on Thursday and was approached by Julie Williams who asked if she could be of assistance. I told her I was looking for a specific design and she was able to take me to a sofa in the range I had been looking at on the website. Julie was very understanding especially as I'm hard of hearing.
Happy with my purchase I signed the relevant paperwork and headed back home. I look forward to receiving my two sofas in the coming months.

We have recently ordered a 3 piece suite from Stokers of Chester. A fantastic store with amazing choices. Mike Williams was brilliant. A genuine lovely guy who assisted us but with no pressure selling. He has fantastic knowledge of all the stock and his help and advice was really appreciated. He gave us space and time to ensure we made the right decision. Thanks Mike, we'll be back!!!

The staff are always friendly and helpful, this week we purchased a new mattress and two foot rests , Carl Sixsmith was super helpful and knowledgeable about the different mattresses , once again a great experience at Stokers

Visited Chester store in May. Big store with loads of furniture choice. Dealt with Martin. No pressure, helped us with decision making and seemlessly amended our order correctly when we got home and realised one sofa would be too big. Very easy to deal with, got everything right first time and then the sofas were even ready for delivery one month early which was brilliant. The guys who delivered them were on time, commuincated well and were very respectful of our property. The whole process from shop to delivery to our home was absolutely first class. Well done Stokers, Martin, Tom & Stuart, and thank you. We were amazed how good it was.

Upon being recommended this store by my mum who has just ordered her new sofa from here, we went in today to have a browse. The store is huge, spacious and has such a vast range of sofas to choose from. Mark Cain was assigned by the female manager to help us, and he was so lovely, down to earth and did not pressure us into a sale at all. We decided to take the leap and buy a beautiful corner sofa and Mark was super helpful. Highly recommended.
