excellent customer service
Cant praise these enough, bought 2 bar stools last april excellent service arrived when they said and more than pleased with purchase as wanted lime green stools and these were one of only a few that supplied.
Having said that had one seat on stool that broke last week, no apparent reason, so emailed customer services with picture of broken seat, had quick reply that they would look into it. Three days later a new seat arrived for the stool, just need to replace it but as stated cant praise them enough for excellent customer service.
