The worst storage service ever. They do not keep their word at all, and the support is absolutely shit. I had a unit at their Stratford location for nearly 8 months, and it has been the worst experience I’ve ever had.

First, they locked my storage unit without any announcement, and it was only fixed after they noticed I had left a negative review. Their support team is completely useless and full of lies. Then, items worth thousands of pounds were damaged. Even though I paid for insurance coverage of up to £4,000, they still found a way not to compensate me.

If you care about your belongings, do not trust them.

Lina and Nicholas have been most helpful for the duration of the storage. Great location. Would recommend to family and friends. 5*

Booking is easy, storage units are good but the cancelation process seems designed to catch you out.

I have now had to pay for an additional month - left a sour taste after a generally good experience.

The customer service team have contacted me and rectified the billing problem following checkout.

So my review has changed as the sour taste has been rectified so:

Turned up at Storebox Knaresborough to be met by staff member John who made getting started so simple and helped immediately when it became obvious I'd underestimated the space I needed..... sorted, no problem.
Great storage, great staff, great prices too.
Give them a try!

I used cheater le street whilst moving house. I got a better deal on 2 x 75 units and was happy with the price. Love the hours and flexibility. Really clean and easy to move around. Trolleys were useful. Georgia was really helpful on the phone as well as the other people I spoke to . I would use this place again in future if I had a need .

The service is excellent. Nicholas was very helpful and answered all our questions.

The space is clean and secure with cameras, plenty of equipment for moving heavy items, lots of parking, and a great price.

Variable unit sizes, good communication, very reasonable prices, excellant access, parking and security. Would highly recommend them for short term or long term storage needs.

I used Northallerton's Store box and I can’t be more thankful that they’re there. I needed safe, accessible long-term storage for my home stuff. Mine was great, I didn’t need to worry about my things and the staff are helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

The facilities at this site are First Class.The site is very well layed out, and very well maintained.
Storebox are obviously focused on security,which gave me confidence to use this site to store my belongings.
The Site Manager Tom could not be more helful and guided me through the administration effortlessly.

Really efficient and easy to use service. Nicholas Sutton was a great help with arranging the right size storage and getting everything booked in quickly. Would definitely use again if I'm thinking of travelling or moving house.

This storage system worked perfectly for us during a recent house renovation.
It was easy to set up with clear instructions on how to gain entry, and use the storage facility.
The unit was clean and by far big enough for what we needed to store. Our furniture came out the way it went in. The security was great and we felt our possessions would be safe and secure.
Customer service support were extremely helpful when the time came to leave the storage facility.
