Easy access with plenty of trolleys to use. The lighting is adequate for moving stuff around but a bit minimal for sorting within the storage unit, although other units may be different.

My experience of Store First at Kirkby…
My experience of Store First at Kirkby in Ashfield/Mansfield was very positive.
The units are exceptionally clean with good ventilation. Access was easy with a good selection of trolley's.
The whole process from start to finish went seamlessly.
Thank you to the very helpful team who were always polite & cheerful.

Outstanding service and staff.
They were extremel9y helpful. Explained everything and accommodated my needs...we discussed safety as being deaf...l inform them when l come and when l leave the building...incase of fire etc. It was great having the van to take stuff from my house to the storage place. Staff were extremely helpful and wet through the forms to check everything. Tbank you.

We had a great experience storing our furniture from our house sale. Keiran and his other colleagues were amazingly helpful. Explained everything in detail and showed us around and explained all the facilities available. We thought 50% off for the first 12 weeks is so good and helpful at an already stressful and expensive time when moving house. We would definitely recommend using StoreFirst at Ellesmere Port for all your safe, storage needs. Very helpful and friendly staff.

I recently used Store First Trafford…
I recently used Store First Trafford Park for two months during a renovation. They’re based two minutes from the M60/Trafford Centre so easily accessible. Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. The staff are all so helpful and went above and beyond to assist me. Access is 24/7 and really easy to use. The premises are clean, well lit and they have trolleys, brew area, toilets and meeting rooms for free. The price was the cheapest around and the invoicing system is great so you always know where you’re up to with charges. Highly recommend and many thanks to the team, Lisa

Mice infestation!!!!!
The storage unit itself is very run down and old however that didn’t bother me too much as long as my belongings were safe. I turned up to my unit on Saturday 28th March, I first noted a vermin trap in the hallways leading up to the unit, once I was inside, I found mouse on the floor of my unit, I was shocked and disgusted. I emailed the team straight away and they advised me someone had brought something into the unit which attracted mice but failed to acknowledge me on this? Management were rude and unhelpful advising me they thought they had contained the mice to a specific unit so they didn’t feel the need to let me know the whole storage unit on the SECOND FLOOR had an infestation? I was absolute disgusted as I had a lot of expensive furniture in that unit and there was no care or consideration? Within 3 days, I had gone back to the unit, cleaned everything, checked my belongings for damages, moved out straight away to a different clean, nice unit elsewhere and put in a formal complaint, the response I got from management was laughable, Never again will I store my belongings here and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else to either.

Thank you for your feedback. Providing a clean and safe environment for customer belongings is our top priority. As soon as we were made aware of the issue we brought in professional pest control to resolve the situation caused by another customer storing prohibited items.
We were relieved to confirm that your items were not damaged while we were working on this and all items were covered by our contents protection service should the worst have happened.
We can understand why you chose to move your storage elsewhere but appreciate the custom you gave us. The incident has been fully resolved and preventative measures increased.
Professional and concise!
The staff were very professional, they took time to walk us through everything and made sure we were fully informed. The unit was perfect for what we needed and with 12 weeks at 50%, this made it very affordable whilst feeling confident in the standard of the storage site.
