As a first-time buyer, I was fully expecting the process of buying my (dream) flat to be incredibly stressful...how wrong I was! All thanks to The Stow Brothers, and especially my agent Eva Bouzaki, who proved me wrong. I can’t recommend her enough.

There’s a real art to breaking down a complex process in a way that makes sense when you’re doing it for the first time, and Eva does that effortlessly. She's always one step ahead, never letting anything drift, like a superhuman. Almost like having a good friend by your side who has your best interests in mind. Also, being an all-round fantastic (and hilarious) person makes more of a difference than you’d think in this daunting process, trust me. She clearly jobs her love, people!

My circumstances weren’t straightforward, but Lauren went out of her way to make it work. She handled negotiations with the landlord brilliantly and helped structure an arrangement so the tenancy could proceed. I genuinely don’t think this would have happened without her persistence and care.

Lauren - Hackney office - was amazing. Helpful, proactive, and gave useful advice. All very welcome as I had just relocated to the UK. Eva, Lachlan, Victoria, Patrick, Claudia and Charley supported me with absolute professionalism, commitment and good humour. Selling a home really is one of life’s most stressful events, but I felt secure knowing Stow Brothers had my back the whole way through, managing all the details, and keeping the process on track. Having had a terrible experience with a more traditional E5 agent, Stow Brothers are the only ones I’d recommend. If you want to sell your property choose Stow Brothers, don’t waste your time with anyone else. I’m incredibly grateful and wish the whole team much success in the future.
