I particularly loved their professional yet friendly approach—they truly listened to our concerns, worked around our needs, and gave honest, practical advice on prepping the flat for viewings.

Their strategy delivered immediately: they secured 10 viewings in a single weekend shortly after going to market, resulting in two strong offers and allowing us to choose the right buyer for our home.

Our sale ended up being a long, challenging six-month process, and Poppy—who managed all the communication between us and the buyer—deserves the biggest shout-out.
