Rang 01.04.2026 regarding a problem we are having with the Stratco 2 door titanium cabinet and was requested by the Stratco Customer Service Officer to support this phone call by email and to attach photos, which was provided the same day.
Email received from Stratco Customer Centre Service Officer on 17.04.2026:
“I do apologise that it has taken so long to get back to you, they do have 2 in stock at the Bunbury store we can have this delivered to you…
… I will organise for the new cabinet to be sent out to you.”
Email received from the same Stratco Customer Centre Service Officer on 29.04.2026:
“I have reached out to the store to get this sorted as quickly as possible, I apologise this has taken so long to get sorted but we are having the team work on it and to contact you with confirmation of the delivery”.
Rang the Stratco Customer Service Centre and left a message, 01.05.2026, for the Bunbury Store to contact me regarding the delivery and no-one has returned my call.
I have emails stating Stratco’s willingness to replace the faulty cabinet and we would appreciate if the Bunbury WA store would arrange for a replacement cabinet to be delivered.

Placed an order and paid for delivery of items, paying a high fee to deliver and giving three weeks notice for delivery to occur. On day of delivery, No Show! called store at 3.30pm and told, order was placed on the truck and delivery would be done by 6pm. Did not arrive and not impressed at all.

The products are good and the prices are reasonable. The staff try hard. The system support for the shop is terrible. 30min to sort out one transaction. So I tried online purchasing. It does not confirm the order is there and ready. When you call the main line they said 'it was not their policy to email/text order completion of orders'(really?). When I asked if it was ready I was told they couldn't confirm that either and put me through to the local shop. They hadn't actioned the order but confirmed the product was there. When I get there it hadn't been done and I had to show the staff where the product was in the shop because the system doesn't tell them. I really want to support an alternative to the big B but please Stratco Head Office fix the system and train the staff how to use it. Put in place an automated notification the order is ready - this basic online ordering process

order had not been processed 2 working days after placement. Staff seemed overwhelmed by workload and didnt know where stock was on floor. Glad to just get what was ordered and get out of there. Other customers were just as confused with staff and getting their orders.
