Stratco - Kadina Opiniones 6

Yesterday, I purchased fencing rails at the Kadina store. As the store is undergoing refurbishing many items were not in their usual place. The first customer service chap (no name mentioned) was not helpful at all. However, Deiter spotted me wandering around confused and helped me out to no end, the purchase was completed quickly and efficiently.

At Kadina store, l was so happy with his knowledge, helpfulness and his friendliness. I highly recommend people to shop at this store.

Driver Barry could not of been more friendly or helpful. Delivered goods safely and in a very convenient place. Excellent customer service 👏 👌

Click & collect is quicker to shop & I would t have to spend 15 mins in the shop. I was done within 5 mins

should have really given 5 stars, as the staff were very helpful and patient when I discovered I could only take some of my purchases home(limited car space), and were ready to store my goods until I could arrange collection. However,I left off one star, because when delivery service brought my goods to my home, there were more items (ie some that I had been able to transport myself) than was meant to be, ie, had been doubly sent, meaning I had to make extra phone calls and make arrangements for my daughter to visit the store to pay for the extra goods(I decided I would keep them rather than have to make arrangements to return/refund etc etc .)
