My experience with this Audi dealership has been deeply disappointing from start to finish.
In March 2026, I purchased a brand-new Audi Q4 e-tron through my limited company on a Business PCP agreement. Within weeks of delivery, faults were identified and reported to the dealership. The vehicle required investigation and escalation to Audi Technical, yet despite the seriousness of the issues, I have been left dealing with ongoing delays, poor communication and a complete lack of ownership of the problem.
What has been most frustrating is not simply the existence of faults – any manufacturer can encounter issues – but the way the situation has been handled. Rather than proactively resolving matters, I have experienced repeated delays and a lack of meaningful progress, despite maintaining my position from an early stage.
Adding to this, as part of the sales process I was promised that a home EV charger would be installed within 10 days of purchase. Nearly three months later, this still has not been provided. I have written evidence of this commitment from the salesperson, yet the promise remains unfulfilled.
The contrast between the premium customer experience sold at the point of purchase and the reality of the aftersales support could not be greater. When purchasing a brand-new premium electric vehicle, customers are entitled to expect both a reliable product and a dealership that stands behind its commitments. Unfortunately, I have received neither.
I sincerely hope senior management review this matter and take steps to improve the way customers are treated when problems arise. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this dealership. Avoid at all costs!!

I collected my Audi SQ6 e-tron from Audi Tamworth in March 2026 through a business lease, and unfortunately my experience after the sale has been extremely disappointing.
Before purchase, everything was excellent — responsive communication, friendliness, promises, professionalism, and the typical premium Audi experience. I travelled all the way to Tamworth because I was genuinely impressed and allured by the initial charm and customer service shown before the deal was completed.
However, the moment issues were raised with the vehicle, everything changed.
The car was delivered with visible paint defects and clear-coat etching across multiple panels on what was supposed to be a brand-new premium vehicle. I raised the concerns immediately and expected the dealership to support the customer and take ownership professionally. Instead, the experience became defensive, dismissive, and incredibly frustrating.
I dealt with Lydia from sales, Sales Manager Satpal, and Business Head Carl Connolly. Sadly, once the sale was completed and issues were reported, communication eventually stopped altogether and none of them showed any real courtesy, empathy, or support. After all the promises and friendliness beforehand, being completely ignored afterwards was extremely disappointing.
At one stage I was effectively told that the paint condition was “normal” or environmental, despite the defects being visible across multiple panels on a nearly new car. Rather than trying to resolve the matter properly, the impression I got was that the dealership simply wanted to minimise responsibility and move on.
The whole experience felt like:
* Excellent treatment before purchase
* Silence once problems were raised
* No accountability
* No genuine customer care
* No premium aftersales experience whatsoever
For an Audi dealership, this was honestly shocking.
I expected far better support considering the value of the vehicle and the reputation Audi promotes. Instead, I was left chasing answers and eventually ignored.
My advice: inspect your vehicle extremely carefully before collection and do not assume the same friendliness shown before sale will continue afterwards.
Personally, I wish I had taken my money elsewhere.

He was professional, friendly and not pushy at all, which I really appreciated. I’m super happy with my car and I’ll definitely be staying with Audi for my future cars.

Communication was lacking throughout the progression of the time my vehicle was in with this branch. I had to chase up for myself several times to find out what was going on.

Sophia was amazing at guiding me to find my perfect car! She had a calm nature and let me take the lead so I didn't felt pressured into anything. She found multiple vehicles for me to have a look at and made the experience very smooth!

"Audi Approved Used" scheme is absolutely pointless.
C Connolly is without doubt the worst "manager" I have experienced in 30+ years, his influence on the dealership is obvious.
If you do have to buy an Audi & I wouldn't recommend it, save your self a lot of money & hassle & buy it elsewhere.
