Exceptionally poor service
Exceptionally poor service. Paid over £3k for a standard service, paid for everything flagged including 2 new tyres which had been identified as bald and dangerous. Six weeks later noticed that the tyres hadn't been changed although charged for and that they had lied about the work done and let me leave the dealership with bald and dangerous tyres thereby endangering both my safety and license. Emailed the complaint to General and Service Manager, received a poorly worded email in response from the Assistant Service Manager after being told that someone would contact me urgently. Have escalated complaint with Stratstone.com. Would not recommend.

Poor after sales service from Stratstone Reading
Collected my new car from Reading Stratstone expecting the agreed tracking had been undertaken. I was lied to saying it had, wow. Now cannot get hold of the personnel in Reading to sort out - I have lost interest and had an Independent sort the issue. In addition I have complained to the head office no reaction so just sent a letter to the CEO of JLR - I want JLR to stay in existence and not be let down by dealerships.

Paint damage from MOT service
Had a MOT on my Jaguar XF , the next day I noticed bodywork damage. I Informed Jaguar the next day. Then raised the complaint a further five times on there USELESS complaints system, Had a email in January saying that' Customer Service is their top priority' and someone would contact me in 48 hour. They didn't. Sent a email on the contact page on the Jaguar website, only for ' Error' to flash up. Rang Stratstone, put through 3 times, eventually got through to Jag Head Office, spoke to a lady who sent a email on my behalf to the General Manager. That was two weeks ago. Raised this complaint over 6 months ago. Very Poor customer service. In the meantime I'm getting emails inviting me to try out the new Land rover. I'm sure if I rang them I wouldn't have any trouble speaking to someone if I said I wanted to by one !

Hoping someone will reply/call back as jlr is ignoring my emails.
I was charged £1652 to fix my satnav but they were unable to complete the task and have left me to fend for myself even though they charged me in full for a job they did not complete. I'm seeking a refund so I can find an alternative solution, i.e. 3rd party carplay.
