Great service from start to finish. Receptionist was so helpful and service advisor talked me through everything that would happen. The technician sent me a video of the underside of my car explaining what he would advise doing. A great experience from start to finish including the special price for older Mercedes cars. Will be back again next year for service

Perfect handover
This was a distance sale (100 mile+ drive), and some of the online feedback for this dealership is frankly less than perfect. That said, overall, my experience was actually very good, and salesperson Alex really went the extra mile, including on their day off following a bit of an IT/web glitch.
The handover was on a Saturday and it was nothing short of perfect. Again, Alex made everything really easy - dealing with all the formalities, plus getting Mercedes apps up and running, then going through all the basics of the vehicle before leaving me to head home in my new car.
None of this was rushed, there were refreshments on hand, and the car was really well presented. Thanks, A1
