Great service from Porsche Colchester, from taking my booking and keeping me updated, both Josie and Michaela were excellent. Not our nearest Porsche Dealer, but worth the extra journey.

Excellent communications prior to attending my appointment, very welcoming staff and great facilities which allowed me to work from the showroom whilst my car was being worked on. Joe dealt with me personally and made sure i had everything I needed on my visit, he even allowed me to use a private office to work from and offered breakfast!
Totally 10/10 for Porsche Colchester.

Efficient service, courtesy car and helpful staff

The experience with Porsche Colchester is always second to none - staff couldn't be more helpful. Shame I can't say the same about my car - but my awkward and lengthy repair was dealt with kindly and professionally, with staff going the extra mile to help where they could do.

Great communication, accommodated my work schedule and timings, polite, great coffee. Porsche for the win. 🏆

If I could leave 0 stars I would. My car was recalled I didn’t want to have to take car in but obviously had to. Left my pride and joy in immaculate condition. It’s pristine. The health check they did when took in proved that. They had it for 4 days. Imagine my disbelief when got home to see they had damaged wheel. Passenger side didn’t see when picked up there was no hand over. They completely kerbed it over half the wheel rim damaged - one of their staff, in driving it back and forward from sales centre to workshop and test driving it after did recall work have damaged wheel. No one should leave a car at any garage and get it damaged. Let alone Porsche. Someone in the staff has done this. Avoid at all costs.

Professional, polite, friendly and top service

I continue to experience ongoing issues with this dealership. The used car sales team has failed to respond to my concerns regarding the apparent misrepresentation of the service agreement provided at the time of purchase. In addition, there was a clear misalignment with the Porsche warranty when I bought the vehicle. Overall, my experience has been one of consistent unreliability and poor communication, which is deeply disappointing given the brand’s reputation.

Well, customer contact was very good, as you were clearly under pressure to get the work done timely, due to staffing, but customer service did everything everything possible to keep me updated of progress.

Great service start to finish

I decided, probably too quickly to purchase a Porsche at the dealership leaving them a £3000 deposit within 5 minutes of them asking for one, following a change of mind I am still waiting (03/10/2025 )for my refundable deposit and have been told it will take 10 working days to return my money without any prior notice of these conditions. I Will never give them my business in future.

Communication was excellent, I was kept informed of the progress of the car through the workshop.
I was informed of any additional work needed with no pressure to have this done so I could have a think and make an informed decision.

I received a polite and friendly welcome at reception and was offered a drink. I waited until Micheala met me and checked my car in. A quick look underneath my car on the lift and I was soon despatched in a courtesy car. I recieved a call three days later to say that my car was ready for collection. Great service from professional and friendly staff.

Great customer service. Rebecca kept me informed of progress, even having said I was in no great rush to have the car back, and to fit it in. A few items needed sorting. She had the information required with prices too when she telephoned me, thus allowing me to make a decision without lots of consideration. Thanks too, to Ian, who collected the car initially, then returned it very early a few days later, due to my busy day and being out of home from 8.45am. I really appreciate it. Thanks all, Neil

Heather and the team were amazing. A speedy and professional check-in with a curtesy car waiting ready to go. Communication through out the day including the time for collection was excellent and the check out was seamless. A fantastic overall experience of Porsche Colchester, Excellent work.

Porsche Colchester is a great experience. The whole team are a pleasure to deal with. Great communication and exemplary service. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Very slow to book in for servicing, having to book several months in advance.
