The overall service was good, there was some confusion regarding the other solicitors involvement which may have caused some delays, however Bonnie and Sam both did what they said they was going to do and updated me when agreed.

Despite my the seller's solicitor dragging their feet and being unreasonable, Tim was there every step of the way to provide guidance and support with patience.
